A welcome kit has two jobs: make the first day feel organised and put useful, branded things on a new person's desk. Typical contents of employee welcome kits we produce:

  • Clothing: T-shirt, hoodie or fleece with logo, see branded clothing
  • Drinkware: mug, bottle or flask, see mugs, bottles and flasks
  • Desk items: notebook, pen, sticky notes, a lanyard for the access card
  • Paper: a personal welcome letter, a short guide to the company, stickers
  • Packaging: a printed box or bag that is part of the experience, see branded gift sets

Our guide on gift sets for employees and clients helps with choosing contents for a budget. Prices for promotional items are indicative and checked when you order.

Personalisation with the employee's name and a letter in their language

Personalisation turns a box of gadgets into a welcome. We print names on notebooks, mugs or lanyards and print a personal letter for each person from your spreadsheet: name, start date, team, manager, first-day details. If your company hires in several countries, you send the letter text in each language and we print every letter in the employee's language.

Our in-house studio prepares the templates once; for each new batch you only send the list. See personalised and numbered printing.

Own crews and vehicles across Europe, partner network, couriers worldwide.

Kitting and packing in one place

The hardest part of welcome kits is not the products but the packing: dozens of different items, sizes for clothing, names that must match the right box. We do it in one place:

  1. Products are produced or branded and collected in our plant.
  2. Each kit is assembled according to the list: right T-shirt size, right name, right letter.
  3. Boxes are closed, labelled with the recipient and checked against the list.
  4. Kits are shipped individually or grouped per office.

See personalisation and kitting for the service in detail.

Shipping to many addresses in the EU and beyond

Remote and hybrid teams mean kits go to home addresses, not just to the office. We ship each kit to its own address by courier, in the EU and worldwide; see packing and multi-address shipping. For larger batches to one office, our own vans drive across Europe every day; on dedicated transport Germany and Austria are usually reached the next working day, the UK and Barcelona in about 2 days, and Madrid in 2–3 days.

You receive the list of shipments with tracking numbers, so HR knows when each kit has arrived.

Lead timesHow long it takes
  • 24 h
express printing (UV inks need no drying)
  • approx. 3 days
    standard lead time
  • up to 14 days
large and custom projects with installation

Plus courier delivery. Tell us your date — we plan production around it.

Repeat orders with every intake

Most companies hire in waves: monthly, quarterly or around graduate intakes. Once the kit is defined, each new wave is a repeat order:

  • you send the list of new employees with sizes, languages and addresses
  • we produce and brand the items for that wave, print the letters and pack the kits
  • kits ship to arrive before each start date

Standard production for printed items is about 3 working days; branded promotional items can take longer depending on the product, so plan each wave a few weeks ahead. For regular orders, a company account in our B2B portal lets HR or purchasing order catalogue items online.

How to get a quote for welcome kits

Send us the planned contents, the number of kits per wave, the countries of delivery and your brand guidelines. We return indicative prices per item and per kit, including kitting and shipping, and confirm prices before each order. Write to us in your language and we reply in it; we handle all 14 languages of this site.

Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland, where we have been producing since 1991. Our guide on choosing promotional products for a budget is a good starting point.
