What one plant can supply to a company
Most companies buy print from four or five places: a digital printer for business cards and brochures, a sign maker for the façade, an exhibition supplier, a promotional products dealer and somebody who can install. Each has its own quote format, invoice and delivery schedule. As a corporate print supplier we cover these categories under one roof. Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland, where we have been producing since 1991 on more than 35 machines.
What that means in practice:
- Office and marketing print: business cards, letterhead, folders, brochures and catalogues, flyers, calendars
- Large format: banners, mesh, window vinyl, wall graphics, posters and boards printed up to 3.2 m wide without joins
- Signage: light boxes, illuminated and non-illuminated letters, nameplates, door signs, pylons
- Events and trade fairs: roll-ups, fabric walls, counters, flags, marquees
- POS and retail: shelf strips, wobblers, displays, campaign sets packed per store
- Branded items: clothing, mugs and bottles, office gadgets and gift sets, with personalisation and kitting
Our in-house studio handles graphic design and DTP, so your brand files are adapted to every format by the same team.
RFQs and framework agreements – how to prepare a request
If you are running a tender or a request for quotation, the more precise the list, the more comparable our answer. A good RFQ for recurring print includes:
- A list of items with format, material, finishing and estimated yearly quantity, for example 40 roll-ups 85 × 200 cm, 300 m² of banner, 12 light boxes.
- Delivery points: head office, branches, warehouses, event venues, with countries.
- Typical order rhythm: one large order a year, monthly call-offs or ad hoc.
- Who orders: central purchasing only or also branches and agencies.
- Requirements for documents: purchase order numbers on invoices, delivery notes per site, reporting.
- Any material requirements, such as fire-rated substrates; on request we check the availability of a material with the relevant certificate.
We reply with indicative prices per item, lead times and delivery costs per country. For framework agreements we agree a price list for a fixed period and review it together, rather than locking in a rigid catalogue. Our guide on how to brief a print job shows what details speed up a quote.
- 01Brief
Description, sizes, site photos and deadline — a few sentences are enough.

Lead times: standard, 24-hour express and planning around your calendar
Standard production is about 3 working days from file approval. Large projects, such as a full set of signage for many sites, take up to about 14 days plus transport. Express printing in 24 hours is available for many products at an average surcharge of approx. +40%.
For corporate customers the more useful tool is planning. Tell us the dates that matter in your year: trade fairs, product launches, the annual conference, the season change in stores. We schedule production backwards from your deadline, so you do not pay express rates for something that could have been planned. Our guide on lead times and 24-hour express explains what can and cannot be accelerated.

Deliveries to head office and branches in Poland and the EU
Our own vans drive across Europe every day. On dedicated transport Germany and Austria are usually reached the next working day, the UK and Barcelona in about 2 days, and Madrid in 2–3 days. Smaller parcels go by courier or dedicated courier, and we ship worldwide.
For companies with many sites we pack per branch and label every box, see packing and multi-address shipping. Where something needs to be fitted, our own installation crews with a platform lift up to 18 m and partner companies across the EU take over; see installation in Poland and Europe. The Polskie Radio case study shows what a long-term, regular print service looks like in practice.
Service in your purchasing team's language and a B2B account
Write to us in your language and we reply in it: we handle all 14 languages of this site. One contact person keeps your history, artwork and price agreements, so repeat orders do not start from scratch.
For routine call-offs, a company account in our B2B portal lets buyers order catalogue items at net EUR prices, add delivery addresses and see the order status and shipment tracking. Larger or unusual items are still quoted individually. If you are looking at us as a producer for a print management model, see production partner for print management companies.
