Three ways to brand a fleet
Fleet owners in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe usually choose one of three routes, and larger fleets often combine them:
- Kits for your local fitter. We print, laminate and cut the panels, number them, and pack one kit per vehicle with a position map. Your sign company or wrap installer fits them at your depot.
- Fitting at your depot by our team. Our crews travel with the kits, or installers from our partner network and local companies we cooperate with do the work in your country.
- Fitting at our plant. Transport companies whose vehicles pass through central Europe can have them branded at our head office in Wieluń, Poland, by arrangement.
Whichever route you take, the vehicle livery is designed and produced once, to one colour standard, so the fiftieth van matches the first.
Vehicle livery materials
- Cast vinyl 50 µm with UV print – conformable film for rivets, corrugations and deep recesses, with an expected outdoor life of 8–10 years. This is our default for vans and box bodies with complex shapes. See cast vinyl for vehicles.
- Polymeric laminate – recommended on every vehicle graphic; it protects the print from washing brushes, fuel and abrasion.
- Polymeric vinyl – for flat surfaces such as trailer sides and box bodies, rated for five to seven years and less expensive than cast.
- One way vision 140 µm – for rear and side windows, keeping the view out for the driver where permitted.
- Magnetic sheet 0.6 mm – removable signs for shared or leased vehicles and subcontractors; see magnetic signs.
- Printed PVC tarpaulin 680 g – for curtain-side trailers and heavy-duty covers.
- Contour-cut lettering and stickers – phone numbers, fleet numbers and legal markings; see contour-cut stickers.

Approx. prices per m², net, by total area of the order. Prices for UK customers are quoted in GBP on request.
Examples: partial livery on one medium van using 10 m² of cast vinyl with laminate, 10 × (€24 + €8) = approx. €320 net. The same design on 25 vans, 250 m² in total, at €19 + €8 = €27 per m² comes to approx. €6,750 net for printed and laminated panels. Fitting is priced separately because it depends on the coverage and the vehicle; our two-person crews work at approx. €42 net per hour.
How a fleet kit is prepared
- Vehicle data: make, model, year, wheelbase and roof height for each vehicle type, with photos of each side. If accurate drawings are not available, we measure a reference vehicle.
- Design: our studio applies your brand to each vehicle type (approx. €35 net per hour) and sends proofs on the vehicle outline. For exact brand colours we can produce a contract proof with certificate for approx. €38 net.
- Production: panels are printed, laminated and cut with overlaps for fitting, then numbered.
- Packing: one kit per vehicle, rolled, labelled with the registration or fleet number and a position map.

Fitting across the UK and Europe
Fitting needs a clean, dry and heated space, so for depot work we agree the conditions in advance. Our own crews charge travel at approx. €1 per km, counted both ways from Wieluń, which makes them economical for larger batches; for single vehicles far from our routes we use partner installers or local firms. Kits for your own fitter go by courier, dedicated courier or with our own vehicles that run across Europe. For the UK we handle export paperwork with our forwarders; ask us about delivery terms. More on delivery and installation across Europe.
For sign makers and wrap installers
If you fit vehicles yourself but do not want to run large-format printing and laminating for long fleet jobs, we supply printed, laminated and cut panels for your fleet graphics projects in neutral packaging without our branding. See white label printing.
