How locker delivery to Portugal works
The process is short and the same whether you are in Lisbon, Porto, Braga or a smaller town:
- You send us the file or a short brief: product, format, paper, quantity and the InPost point where you want to collect the parcel.
- We check the file at no extra cost and send you the price and a production date.
- After approval, standard production takes about 3 working days. Express 24-hour printing is possible for selected products at a surcharge.
- We pack the job and send it from Poland with InPost. In Portugal the service appears as a Ponto de recolha InPost, which covers InPost Lockers and staffed pick-up points.
- You collect the parcel whenever it suits you, without waiting at home for a courier.
Transit from Poland to Portugal is usually 3–5 working days after dispatch, and Portugal tends to sit at the longer end of that range. Treat these times as typical, not guaranteed. If you need the print by a fixed date, tell us the date first and we plan production backwards from it.
Locker sizes and what fits in each
International InPost parcels go in three sizes, each with a 25 kg weight limit:
- Size A: 8 × 38 × 64 cm, for about 500 A5 flyers, a few thousand business cards, sticker sheets or a small batch of invitations
- Size B: 19 × 38 × 64 cm, for about 1,000 A5 flyers (around 4 kg), 100 A4 catalogues or 100 A5 notepads
- Size C: 39 × 38 × 64 cm, for larger runs that stay under 25 kg, such as around 5,000 A5 flyers
Paper is heavier than it looks. 1,000 A5 flyers on 130 gsm stock weigh roughly 4 kg, while 500 A4 catalogues can easily pass 25 kg. When an order is too heavy for one parcel, we split it into two or three locker parcels or switch to a courier. We pick the size ourselves, so you only need to choose the collection point.
Posters travel flat up to A3. A2 and B2 posters go rolled in a tube, which fits size B or C.

Print products that suit locker delivery

- Business cards: 500 cards 90 × 50 mm, double-sided, 350 gsm, approx. €15 net
- Posters: 100 A2 posters on 170 gsm, approx. €85 net
- Catalogues and brochures: 100 saddle-stitched A4 catalogues, 16 pages, approx. €220 net

These figures are guide prices only. We confirm the exact price after we see your format, paper and quantity, and we never treat this list as a fixed tariff. Shipping is quoted separately with your order.
Too big for a locker: roll-ups, banners and light boxes
Some jobs simply do not fit a 64 cm locker compartment. A roll-up stand comes in a case longer than that, a banner of several square metres is heavy once hemmed and eyeleted, and a light box or exhibition wall needs a pallet.
For these we use a courier, a pallet service or, on suitable routes, our own vans that run across Europe. You can check the options in our shipping calculator. It is common to split an order: the flyers and business cards go to your nearest InPost Locker, and the banner goes by courier to your shop or event venue.

Files, proofs and the language we work in
Send a print-ready PDF with bleed, ideally with fonts converted to outlines. Every file goes through a technical check before printing, and if something is wrong, such as low resolution, missing bleed or RGB colours on a product where colour matters, we write to you before anything is printed. Our studio can also prepare a design or adapt an existing one to a new format.
We work in English, as well as Polish, German, French and Spanish, so you can write to us in whichever is easier. Quotes, proofs and invoices come in euros.
Prices, VAT and repeat orders
All prices on this page are approximate and net. VAT is added according to EU rules; if your company has an active EU VAT number, give it when you order and we will confirm how the invoice is issued. Businesses that order regularly, such as shops, restaurants, agencies or event organisers, can use our B2B terms. To see the kind of work we produce, browse our projects.
