For advertising, marketing and event agencies
Your name on the job. Our factory behind it.
We are looking for agencies to work with long term. Since 1991 we have been making visual advertising in our own plant in Wieluń, Poland: seamless UV print up to 3.2 m wide, LED light boxes, built-up letters, SEG frames, exhibition stands and POS. For partner agencies we work as an unbranded production floor: blind shipping, installation without our markings and an NDA on request. You own the client and the margin; we deliver the finished job anywhere in the EU and to the UK.
- 1991the year we started producing advertising
- 35+machines in our own plant
- 3.2 mUV print width without seams
- 24 hexpress print when the deadline is tight
- 18 mreach of our installation crews' lift
- 5working languages: EN, DE, FR, ES, PL
Why agencies hand us their production
Built so your client only ever sees you
Production is where an agency's risk sits: deadlines, colour, freight, fitting. We take that part on and stay out of your client relationship.
The margin stays with you
You buy at partner rates and set your own selling price. We do not sell to your clients directly and we do not poach work.
We never contact your client
We talk to you and nobody else. If the end client asks our fitters a question on site, they refer it back to the agency.
Blind shipping as standard
Boxes, tubes and pallets without our logo, plain labels, no flyers or invoices of ours inside. For B2B partners neutral packing is included in the price.
Unbranded installation
Our crews and installation partners carry no markings of ours and present themselves on site as the agency's contractor.
NDA before the first file
We sign a confidentiality agreement on request, before you send artwork, the client's name or campaign details.
One point of contact
One account manager runs the job from quote to install. No juggling a printer, a joinery shop, an electrician and a courier.
Fast answers on quotes
We reply quickly and to the point. If the brief is missing something, we ask straight away rather than sending a generic offer.

We are actively looking for partner agencies
We are growing our partner network and want to work with agencies that buy print and signage regularly but have no production floor of their own. We already produce under the names of agencies in Poland and, among others, in London and Berlin.
Register through the form and tell us who your clients are and what kind of work you place most often. We will call you, agree the terms and partner pricing, and turn your first enquiry around quickly. Background reading: White label in advertising: what it means for agencies.

- marketing and shopper marketing agencies serving retail chains
- event agencies and trade show organisers

How a partner job runs
- 01
1. Enquiry
Send the brief or print-ready files, quantities, the delivery address and the date your client needs it by. If it is still an idea, we will suggest materials and construction.
- 02
2. Quote
You get a quote at partner rates with production and transport dates.
- 03
3. Proof and sample
We preflight the files, send a digital proof for sign-off and, where colour is critical, run a hard proof on the actual material. Our studio can also produce an installation visual with no name of ours on it.
- 04
4. Production
Printing, cutting, sewing, routing, assembly and light testing under one roof. We plan production backwards from your deadline.
- 05
5. Blind packing
Neutral boxes, tubes and pallets, labelled for your client's address or your own. No logo, price list or invoice of ours in the parcel.
- 06
6. Delivery or install under your brand
We deliver with our own vans or by courier and install on request. After the install you get photos for your client report.

White label in practice: what your client actually receives
The end client receives a parcel or a finished installation and sees only what you want them to see. In practice:
- a box or pallet with no logo of ours and no company material inside,
- a shipping label with the sender you specify,
- a delivery note made out for your agency or without producer details,
- installers without our markings, introduced as your contractor,
- job photos for you only; we do not publish them without your consent.
If you prefer to check the goods first, we ship to your warehouse. For retail campaigns we handle kitting and multi-address dispatch and per-store personalisation.

Logistics across the EU and to the UK
Our own vans are on European roads every day. We deliver finished work to clients all over the EU, for example to Munich or Barcelona, and to the UK. Smaller or urgent consignments go by courier or dedicated courier, and we ship worldwide.
You give us the address and the date; we plan production so the job arrives on time. For UK deliveries we handle export paperwork with our forwarders; delivery terms are agreed when we quote.
From kitting to installation under your brand

Campaign kits packed separately for each store
SEG frames, display walls and counters checked as a set before dispatch
Building wraps and large banners from a lift reaching 18 m
Night installs in shopping centres, outside opening hours
Exhibition stands built on site the day before opening
Window graphics and store rollouts

Who installs, and what it costs
Installs are done by our own crews with a lift reaching 18 m. Travel for our crew is charged at approx. €1 net per kilometre, both ways; the installation itself is quoted per project. Where it makes more sense, we work with our partner network across the EU and with local firms in your client's country.
Whoever does the fitting, the rules are the same: no markings of ours, contact with the end client only as far as you agree, and photo documentation for the agency. Service details: installation in Poland and Europe. For store networks we also run rollouts with a per-site report.

Artwork and quality: proofs, colour, templates
Every partner file gets a technical check by a person: size, bleed, resolution, colour, transparencies, fonts. Small fixes we make ourselves (file preparation and preflight); otherwise you get a specific note, not a rejected order.
When the client has a brand colour from a swatch book, we produce a proof or a hard proof on the final material and compare it with the swatch under daylight. Why the same colour looks different on banner, acrylic and fabric is explained in our guide on matching brand colours in print.
For design teams we provide print templates for roll-ups, display walls and other formats. If your studio is overloaded, ours can prepare production files, adapt key visuals to other formats and even design logos and brand guidelines, always under your name.

Lead times and express
Standard production takes about 3 working days. Large projects typically take up to about 14 days plus transport. When time is really short, we print on a 24-hour express basis, at an average of about 40% on top of the print price.
What matters most is that we start from your date: when the client needs it, where, and whether it includes installation. We build production and transport around that date, and if something cannot be done, we tell you when we quote, not the day before the event. More in our guide on lead times and express production.
Partner terms
What you get once registered
We do not publish partner rates. We agree them after a conversation, because they depend on the type of work and the scale of the partnership.
Partner pricing
Once registered you work on B2B price levels rather than our retail list. The more volume you place, the better the terms.
Blind shipping included
White label packing is not an extra for B2B partners. It is the default.
A dedicated account manager
One person who knows your projects, clients and standards, so you do not start from scratch on every job.
Print on your own stock
Got your own boards or rolls? We print on materials the agency supplies, in volume if needed.
Online print shop or Wielka Reklama as your production partner
| Online print shop (print only) | Wielka Reklama as agency partner | |
|---|---|---|
| Scope | mainly standard formats from a configurator | print up to 3.2 m, light boxes, built-up letters, SEG, CNC, laser, 3D print, stands and installation |
| Contact | web form, chat, helpline | one account manager per job, in English, German, French, Spanish or Polish |
| Custom sizes and builds | limited to configurator options | individual quote, prototype, advice on materials |
| File check | usually automated | checked by a person, digital proof, hard proof on request |
| White label | blind shipping often available | neutral parcels and paperwork, unbranded installation, NDA on request |
| Installation | usually not offered | own crews with an 18 m lift plus installation partners in the EU |
| Pricing | public price list, handy for small orders | partner pricing after registration, quotes for multi-part projects |
| Better choice when | you need one standard print in your own city tomorrow | campaigns, rollouts, events and jobs combining print, light, structure and fitting |
To be fair: for a single poster needed tomorrow, a local printer is often quicker. We earn our place when a job involves several technologies, several addresses or installation.

Examples of our work
We produce matchday branding for sports clubs and leagues, materials for retail chains, signage and publications for public institutions, and campaign material that has to be ready on an immovable date.
A few write-ups: matchday branding for a sports league, materials for a fashion retail chain, serial materials for a schools programme, campaigns with a hard deadline. Full list: case studies and projects. Work done under partner brands is shown only with the partner's consent.
The agency knows the client; we know the machines and the materials. It works best when everyone does their own part and the client sees one brand only: the agency's.
Questions agencies ask
Will the end client find out who made it?
Not unless you want them to. Parcels are neutral, there is no material of ours inside, installation carries no markings of ours, and we never contact your client.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign a confidentiality agreement on request, before you send files or client details.
What are your partner prices?
We do not publish them. After registration we agree B2B pricing based on the type of work and volume; the larger the partnership, the better the terms.
Can we start with a single project?
Yes. Register, send your first enquiry and we will quote it at partner rates. The way we work together is shaped once we know your projects.
Do you install outside Poland?
Yes. Across the EU our own crews with an 18 m lift or local installation partners do the fitting. Travel for our crew is approx. €1 net per km, both ways. We deliver to the UK regularly; installation there is arranged case by case when we quote.
How quickly do we get a quote?
We reply quickly. The fuller the brief (sizes, material, quantity, address and deadline), the faster you get a firm price.
What if the colour has to match the client's Pantone?
We send a proof and, where needed, a hard proof on the final material compared against the swatch. Production starts after your sign-off.
Can you prepare a visual for our client?
Yes. Our studio produces an installation visual without our name that you can present as agency material.
