School sports programme

Thousands of items. Many schools. One standard.

Banners, boards and information and promotional materials produced in series, packed into kits and shipped on a tight schedule.
01

The need

Keep to the specification, clear communication and consistent quality, often across many types of material and delivery addresses.

02

The solution

We translated the requirements into a production plan, checkpoints and a kitting method that reduces the risk of shortages and mix-ups.

03

Production and rollout

Digital and large-format printing, boards, publications, leaflets, stickers, recipient kits, packing and distribution.

04

Outcome

The client received an orderly process and complete materials ready for use or further distribution.
