Which method we use depends on size, weight, the deadline and how many addresses there are. We propose it with the quote, together with the production slot, so you see one delivery date rather than separate promises for print and transport.
Head office in Poland, work across Europe
Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland. We have been producing advertising since 1991 and are part of a large and growing group. We do not have branches abroad. Instead, delivery and installation across Europe rests on three things we do have: our own vehicles on European routes, installation crews that travel with the goods, and a partner network across the EU, complemented by local companies we cooperate with in the client's country. You keep one contact person throughout, in English, German, French, Spanish or Polish.

Packing that survives the journey
- Banners and fabric graphics are rolled on a core or packed in a tube, never folded where creases would show – approx. €5 net per package.
- Rigid panels, light boxes and displays travel on a wrapped pallet – approx. €19 net per pallet.
- Store kits are packed per address and labelled from your list – approx. €3 net per drop for multi-drop dispatch.
- For agencies and resellers we pack in neutral packaging without our logo, included at no charge for B2B partners.
Example: a set of 20 rolled banners going to 20 different stores, at approx. €5 for the tube and €3 for the drop each, adds approx. €160 net to the job before courier charges. Courier charges themselves depend on the destination and are quoted per job.
Installation: who does the work
Our own crews handle larger projects and anything that needs work at height. They bring a mobile elevating work platform for work up to 18 m and handle light boxes, built-up letters, façade banners, window graphics and fabric systems. Where travel distance makes that uneconomic, or several sites must be fitted on the same night, installers from our partner network or local companies we cooperate with do the work to our fitting instructions. Simple items can be fitted by store staff with the guide supplied in each kit.

Partner and local installation is quoted per project. Prices for UK customers are quoted in GBP on request. A simple example for our own crew: a 4-hour light box installation is 4 × €42 = approx. €168 net, plus travel and, if needed, the platform.
Delivering to the UK, Norway and further afield
Deliveries to the UK involve export formalities. We handle the paperwork with our forwarders; ask us about delivery terms when you request a quote so the responsibilities on both sides are clear before production. The same applies to Norway, Switzerland and other destinations outside the EU, and we also ship worldwide by courier and forwarder. For installation in the UK we work with local installers case by case or supply fitting instructions for your own sign company.
Planning delivery dates
Standard production is approx. 3 working days, 24-hour express printing costs approx. 40 % extra, and large projects can take up to about 14 days plus transport. Give us the date and time the goods must be on site and any access restrictions – loading bays, shopping centre delivery windows, trade fair build-up slots – and we plan the production and the vehicle to meet them.
