London agencies are a large part of our UK work
We work with agencies in London that sell the job to the brand and hand the production to us: retail campaigns, pop-up shops, event branding, office graphics. This can run as white label: neutral packaging without our logo, installation without our branding, and an NDA if you need one. How that works is set out on our white label printing and print management partner pages.
We have no office in London and do not pretend otherwise. Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland, where we have been producing since 1991 on more than 35 machines: UV printing up to 3.2 m wide without seams, LED UV on textiles, dye sublimation, CNC routing, laser cutting and our own sewing room for SEG fabric. Our vans run across Europe every day, and the UK is on the route.

Exhibition stands in London: ExCeL, Olympia and city venues
Most of the exhibition stands we send to London go to ExCeL London in the Docklands and to Olympia London in Kensington; smaller shows and conferences use venues such as the Business Design Centre in Islington and the QEII Centre in Westminster. We make the pop-up fabric walls, SEG frames, counters and roll-ups and deliver within the build-up slot set by the organiser.
Starting prices: straight pop-up fabric wall 300 × 230 cm from approx. €400 net, curved from approx. €440 net, folding counter with graphic from approx. €210 net, roll-up banner 85 × 200 cm from approx. €55 net. The kit packs into cases and is reused at the next show with new graphics only. See exhibition graphics printing and SEG fabric frames.

Signs and light boxes travel crated or on pallets, banners and fabric rolled and labelled by location. For small urgent items we use dedicated couriers.

Shop signs in London and advertisement consent
Shop signs in London, particularly illuminated ones, usually need advertisement consent from the local planning authority, which in London is the borough council. Conservation areas and listed buildings bring stricter requirements on size, materials and lighting. We do not apply on your behalf or give legal advice, but we prepare what the application usually needs: a photomontage of the shopfront, dimensioned drawings, projection and illumination details. A technical drawing or installation visual costs from approx. €85 net. Our range of illuminated signs is on light box manufacturer and built-up letters.
Installation in London
Our two-person crews cost approx. €42 net per hour, with a cherry picker up to 18 m and operator from approx. €230 net per day; night work or fitting outside shopping-centre opening hours from approx. €65 net per hour. For single sites we often use a partner fitter in the London area, which saves the crew’s travel. If your agency has its own installers, we deliver ready to fit with drilling templates. We also deliver to…
