Who a dedicated ordering portal is for
A web to print portal makes sense when many people order similar print in the same brand: store managers ordering posters and window graphics, franchisees ordering business cards and flyers, regional teams ordering event kits. Without a portal, head office gets emails with old logos, wrong formats and local designs that break the brand guidelines.
It is a different tool from our standard B2B print ordering portal, where any registered company orders from our general catalogue. A dedicated portal is built around your brand, your templates and your organisation. For a network that only needs a fixed signage package per store, a simpler model may be enough; see franchise signage.
Templates with fields the branch fills in
The core of the portal is templates prepared by our in-house studio from your brand files. Each template locks the brand elements and leaves only defined fields open:
- store or branch name, address, phone number, opening hours
- local offer, price or date within set limits
- name and position for business cards
- choice of image from an approved library
- format and quantity from a defined list
The branch sees a preview of the finished item before ordering. Our studio prepares print-ready files from every order automatically or after a check, depending on the template. See personalised and numbered printing.
- 01Brief
Description, sizes, site photos and deadline — a few sentences are enough.
- 02Design and quote
Our designers prepare artwork or a visualisation and you get a price.
- 03Approval
You approve the design; for brand colours we provide a proof.
- 04Production
35+ machines in our own plant in Poland: 3.2 m UV print, CNC, laser, 3D, sewing.
- 05Installation or delivery
Own crews and vehicles across Europe, partner network, couriers worldwide.
Head office control: approvals and branch budgets
Networks usually bring similar requirements to such a project: an approval step at head office before an order goes to print, budgets or limits per branch, reports of what each location ordered, and different catalogues for different store types.
Which of these functions your portal gets is defined in the project brief and confirmed with Weblango before we quote, because each is development work. We describe the portal as a custom build, not an off-the-shelf product, so it fits the way your network actually works.
- Workshop with head office: who orders, what, how often, who approves.
- Specification of templates, catalogue and functions.
- Quote for development and for the print price list.
- Build, test with a few pilot branches, then roll out.
Production and delivery to the branch address
| Item | Indicative price, net |
|---|---|
| Portal development (configurators and web apps) | quoted after the brief |
| Business cards 90 × 50 mm, 4/4, 1,000 pcs | approx. €25 |
| Roll-up standard 85 × 200 cm | from approx. €55 |
| Kitting one set per branch | approx. €4 per branch |
| Multi-address dispatch | approx. €3 per drop point |
Orders from the portal go straight into production in our plant. Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland, where we have been producing since 1991 on more than 35 machines, from business cards to large format and light boxes. Orders are packed per branch and labelled; for campaigns that go to all stores at once, we kit sets per store.
Small parcels go by courier or dedicated courier, worldwide if needed. Larger deliveries travel with our own vans, which drive across Europe every day; on dedicated transport Germany and Austria are usually reached the next working day, the UK and Barcelona in about 2 days, and Madrid in 2–3 days. See packing and multi-address shipping and campaign sets for retail chains.

Plus courier delivery. Tell us your date — we plan production around it.
Weblango: development, maintenance and 24-hour support
The portal is built by Weblango, the IT company within our group. Weblango has many developers, works around the clock and has team members in the USA and Asia, with its head office in Poland. That means the people who build your portal can fix and extend it outside European office hours.
Weblango builds applications and online configurators; see configurators and web apps. Branch users can write to us in their language and we reply in it; we handle all 14 languages of this site.
How to get a portal project quoted
Send us a short description: number of branches and countries, the items they order today, who approves, and examples of current materials. We propose a scope and quote the development and the print prices separately. Print prices are indicative and confirmed before production; development is quoted individually after the brief.
For networks that change in-store campaigns regularly, see also in-store campaign changeover.
