Who has to mark a project co-funded by the EU
Organisations that receive EU funds, such as companies, municipalities, schools, hospitals and NGOs, have to tell the public about that support. In the 2021–2027 period, the general rules for the cohesion funds set out the basic forms: for larger operations involving physical investment or the purchase of equipment, a durable plaque or billboard visible to the public; for other operations, at least one poster of minimum A3 size or an equivalent electronic display. Programmes and managing authorities add their own templates, sizes and deadlines.
We are a producer, not an advisor. The exact obligation for your project is defined in your grant agreement and the visual identity guidelines of your programme; please check them, or ask your managing authority, before ordering. Our guides on EU plaque requirements and the EU information poster describe the Polish rules as an example.

Materials: dibond, UV print, engraving
A typical EU funded project plaque is made of dibond (aluminium composite) printed directly with UV inks. For larger boards we add galvanised steel frames or legs. Posters can be printed on paper for indoor use or on foam PVC for a more durable sign. Engraved versions and plaques in other metals are quoted individually.
We print up to 3.2 m wide without joins and cut boards on our CNC router, so sizes required by your guidelines are made exactly. See our guide on dibond or PVC for outdoor boards and the product page for EU and grant-funded project boards.
Artwork that follows your programme's guidelines
Our in-house studio can lay out the plaque from the template of your programme: EU emblem, the funding statement in your language, programme logos, project title and other required elements. We use the official template you send us and follow its proportions.
- Send us the programme's template or visual identity guidelines and the project data.
- We prepare the artwork and a proof.
- The beneficiary checks the proof against the guidelines and approves it; responsibility for the content stays with the beneficiary.
- We print and ship.
Write to us in your language and we reply in it; we handle all 14 languages of this site, so the funding statement can be set in the language your programme requires.

Courier delivery across the EU
Plaques, posters and stickers ship by courier or dedicated courier to any EU country, and further if needed. Large boards on frames travel with our own vans, which drive across Europe every day; on dedicated transport Germany and Austria are usually reached the next working day, and the UK and Barcelona in about 2 days. Standard production is about 3 working days from proof approval.
Installation of large boards can be done by our own crews or partner companies; travel of our crew costs approx. €1 net per km, counted both ways from Wieluń.
Prices and experience with public clients
Prices are indicative and depend on size, material and quantity; municipalities with many projects often order several plaques at once, which we quote together; see plaques for municipalities with many projects. Public data for 2009–2025 show 55 public contracts with 38 contracting authorities in Poland.
Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland, where we have been producing since 1991. Send us the template, the required sizes, the project data and the delivery address, and we return an indicative price and a proof.
