What is print management, and where we fit in

A print management company buys and manages print on behalf of its clients: it owns the relationship, consolidates suppliers, controls brand standards and takes responsibility for delivery. It rarely owns the machines. That is where we come in. We have been producing advertising since 1991 and run our own plant with more than 35 machines – UV printing up to 3.2 m without joins, LED UV for textiles, dye sublimation, CNC routing, laser cutting, plotter cutting, automatic eyeleting, a sewing room for SEG, and a farm of seven 3D printers. Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland.

For a print manager this means fewer suppliers per job. A retail campaign that would normally be split between a large-format printer, a POS converter, a sign maker and a fulfilment house can be produced, kitted and shipped from one site.

How we workFrom idea to installation — 5 steps
  1. 01Brief

Description, sizes, site photos and deadline — a few sentences are enough.

  2. 02Design and quote

Our designers prepare artwork or a visualisation and you get a price.

  3. 03Approval

You approve the design; for brand colours we provide a proof.

  4. 04Production

35+ machines in our own plant in Poland: 3.2 m UV print, CNC, laser, 3D, sewing.

  5. 05Installation or delivery

Own crews and vehicles across Europe, partner network, couriers worldwide.

How we work with print managers

  • We never contact your client unless you ask us to. Questions about a job come to you.
  • Delivery notes, labels and packaging carry no reference to us; neutral packaging is included at no charge for B2B partners.
  • A confidentiality agreement is available on request, and our installers can work without our markings.
  • You get one account contact who speaks English, and we also work in German, French, Spanish and Polish if your client is abroad.
  • Every file goes through a technical check before production, included in the price. Contract proofs with certificate cost approx. €38 net.
  • You give us your client's deadline; we plan production and transport backwards from it. Standard production takes approx. 3 working days, large projects up to about 14 days plus transport, and 24-hour express printing costs approx. 40 % extra.

More on our approach to hidden production: white label printing.

Rollouts, kitting and storage

For multi-site work we hold the store list, pack a kit per location, label it from your address file (approx. €0.36 net per item) and dispatch it (approx. €3 per store). Spare stock can stay with us for approx. €26 net per pallet per month and be called off for later waves. Surveys, installation and completion reporting are available through our crews and partners across Europe – see retail rollout and rollout with site reporting. If your clients order repeatedly, we can also build a web-to-print configurator or ordering tool for them under your brand – see configurators and web apps.

Delivery to your clients

We deliver to your warehouse, your client's head office or straight to each site – by courier, dedicated courier or our own vehicles that run across Europe, with partner installers and local firms for fitting. For UK addresses we handle the export paperwork with our forwarders; ask us about delivery terms. Details: delivery and installation across Europe.

Getting started

Most print management companies start with a single live job or a pilot of a few stores. Send the specification and deadline, and we will reply with a quote, lead time and delivery plan. Examples of projects for retail chains, sports clubs and institutions are in our case studies.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

What is a print management company?

It is a company that buys, manages and delivers print for its clients without necessarily printing itself. It handles specification, supplier selection, brand control and logistics, and passes production to partners such as us.

Will you ever approach our clients directly?

No. We do not contact your clients unless you ask us to, and a confidentiality agreement is available on request.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Our public price list is the starting point. For regular volume we agree partner terms individually, and neutral packaging is included for B2B partners.

Can you deliver to many sites in different countries?

Yes. We kit and label per site and ship across the EU and to the UK by courier, dedicated courier or our own vehicles, with installation through our crews, partners or local companies.

Which file formats do you accept?

Print-ready PDF is preferred, but our studio also works from open files. A technical check is included; adapting a file to another format costs approx. €13 net and vectorising a logo approx. €26 net.
