From the standards manual to a production list
Most franchisors have a brand book that shows how a store should look. Very few have a document a producer can quote and manufacture from without questions. That gap is why franchise signage drifts: one franchisee orders letters locally in a slightly different red, another skips the window graphics.
Our studio converts the manual into a production list. For every element it fixes:
- material and thickness, for example dibond 3 mm, acrylic with white underprint, backlit film
- exact colours for each substrate, checked on samples
- standard sizes and the rule for adapting them to a façade
- fixings, spacers and power requirements for illuminated items
- packing and labelling, so the franchisee knows what goes where
The list gets a version number. When the brand changes, we update the version and the next stores are produced to it.
Package variants for different outlets
| Element | Small outlet | Standard outlet | Large / flagship | Indicative price, net |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fascia: light box or letters | Light box | Light box or front-lit letters | Front-lit or halo letters | box from approx. €320 per m²; letters from approx. €46 per character |
| Projecting sign | Optional | Two-sided, with bracket | Two-sided, with bracket | from approx. €300 |
| Window graphics | Door and opening hours | Full window set | Full set plus one way vision | approx. €6–12 per m² |
| Interior signs on dibond | Basic set | Full set | Full set plus wall graphics | approx. €35–55 per m² |
| Opening-day kit | Roll-up | Roll-up and flag | Roll-ups, flags, counter | roll-up from approx. €55 |
Prices are indicative and depend on sizes and quantities. Once variants are defined, each new outlet is quoted from the list rather than from scratch.

Who orders: head office or the franchisee
Networks work in two ways, and we support both:
- Head office orders the package for each opening and pays centrally. The franchisee only receives and checks the delivery.
- The franchisee orders directly from the approved list, often with their own invoice. We keep to the standard set by head office and do not produce anything outside it without approval.
For the second model, franchisees can order standard items through a company account in our B2B portal. Larger networks sometimes want their own ordering tool with templates and approvals; our group IT company Weblango can build one, see web to print portal and configurators and web apps.
The Unilink case study shows the same idea in practice: one brand standard from head office, with local agents ordering what their point needs.
Delivery and installation in Poland and the EU
Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland. Each package is packed per outlet and travels with our own vans, which drive across Europe every day, or with couriers. On dedicated transport Germany and Austria are usually reached the next working day, the UK and Barcelona in about 2 days and Madrid in 2–3 days.
Installation is done by our own crews with a platform lift up to 18 m or by partner companies in the EU. Our crew's travel costs approx. €1 net per km, counted both ways from Wieluń. Some franchisees prefer a local installer; in that case we send the kit with drilling templates and fixing instructions. Light boxes come with a 24-month warranty.
- 24 hexpress printing (UV inks need no drying)
- approx. 3 daysstandard lead time
- up to 14 dayslarge and custom projects with installation
Plus courier delivery. Tell us your date — we plan production around it.
Top-ups and seasonal materials for the whole network
After the opening, the network still needs print: seasonal window campaigns, promotional posters, price lists, replacements for damaged items. We produce these as campaign sets for retail chains, packed per outlet. Kitting a set per store costs approx. €4 net per outlet, and multi-address dispatch approx. €3 net per drop point.
For a fixed rhythm of campaigns, see in-store campaign changeover. If you are opening one store at a time with a full fit-out, see new store opening signage.
How to get a quote for a franchise package
Send us your store standards manual, photos of two or three existing outlets and the number of openings planned in the next 12 months. We return a production list with variants and indicative prices per element, and confirm the final price for each outlet. Write in your language and we reply in it; we handle all 14 languages of this site.
Note: this page is for franchisors who need signage for their network. If you are interested in our own franchise programme, see the franchise page.
