For anything exposed on scaffolding or at height, choose mesh. Solid PVC banners on scaffolding act as a sail and put large loads on the structure and ties; mesh reduces that load but does not remove it, so the scaffolder should confirm the fixing method. For general PVC banners, see our banner printing page.

Building wrap printing: a worked example
A building wrap 12 × 8 m is 96 m², which falls in the 50–99 m² band. In reinforced 370 g mesh: 96 × €10 = from approx. €960 net. The wrap is printed in panels up to 3.2 m wide and welded: three panels, two seams of 12 m, so 24 × €3 = approx. €72 net. Webbing tape around the 40 m perimeter adds 40 × €4 = approx. €160 net. Total from approx. €1,192 net, before transport and installation.

Construction site mesh banners and Heras fencing
Most construction site mesh banners are Heras fence banners: one printed panel per fence section, with eyelets for cable ties or bungees. We print them in series, with each banner numbered so the site team can hang the sequence in the right order. Developers often combine fence mesh with a site board in dibond on posts; ours start at approx. €165 net for 200 × 100 cm on a galvanised frame. The rest of a site scheme, including signage, can come from the same order; see large format printing.
Lead times, delivery and installation at height
Standard production takes about 3 working days; large wraps of several hundred square metres up to about 14 days plus transport. Give us the date the scaffold is ready and we plan backwards from it. Express 24 h production is available for approx. 40% extra.
Mesh is rolled on cores and shipped by our own vans across Europe or by courier. We ship to the UK and Ireland; for the UK we handle export paperwork with our forwarders; ask us about delivery terms. Our crews install at height using a platform reaching 18 m, from approx. €230 net per day with operator; elsewhere our partner network across the EU and local firms in your country help with fitting. Agencies and sign makers can order unbranded; see white label printing. Our plant in Wieluń, Poland, has been printing since 1991.
