What we print for stand builders
Stand builders design and build the structure; the graphic layer is often bought in. As a print partner for exhibition stand builders we produce the parts that carry the client's brand:
- SEG fabric graphics for aluminium frame systems, back walls, light walls and meeting-room enclosures
- Printed boards: foam PVC, dibond, honeycomb board and acrylic printed directly on our flatbed UV printers, see printing on panels and boards
- Vinyl: wall graphics, frosted film for glass partitions, floor graphics with anti-slip laminate
- Letters and logos: cut from styrofoam, foam PVC, dibond or acrylic, also illuminated; see 3D letters and logos
- CNC-routed parts: shaped panels, counter fronts, display inserts; see CNC routing
We do not design stands and we do not compete with you for the exhibitor. We produce to your drawings.
SEG fabric: sizes, silicone edge and packing per wall
Fabric is printed with LED UV ink for textiles or by dye-sublimation, on rolls up to 3.2 m wide without joins. The silicone edge (keder) is sewn on in our own sewing room, so the graphic arrives ready to push into the profile.
What we need from you for each graphic:
- Visible size and the profile system, so we can add the correct allowance for the silicone edge.
- The edge type and thickness required by your frame system.
- Single or double-sided, backlit or front-lit fabric.
- The wall code from your drawing.
Every graphic is folded or rolled according to the material, labelled with the stand number and wall code, and packed per stand. Your crew opens the box marked for wall B3 and finds exactly that graphic.

Rigid elements are printed directly on board and cut on our CNC router, laser or cutting plotter in the same plant, so shape and print match. Typical materials and indicative prices:
Delivery to the hall for build-up day
Exhibition graphics are useless a day late. Give us the hall address, the stand number and the build-up date and time window, and we plan production and transport backwards from that. Standard production is about 3 working days; large orders take up to about 14 days plus transport. Late changes can be printed in 24 hours at an average surcharge of approx. +40%.
Our own vans drive across Europe every day; on dedicated transport Germany and Austria are usually reached the next working day, the UK and Barcelona in about 2 days, and Madrid in 2–3 days. We deliver to the address and time slot you give us, whether that is your workshop, a logistics centre or the hall's delivery gate.

White label: no logo, NDA on request
Your client should see your company, not ours. Our white label rules for stand builders:
- neutral packaging with no logo, leaflets or price information inside
- delivery notes without our branding, labelled with your project number
- installation crews, if you book them, work without our branding
- an NDA on request, before you send drawings

Fire-rated materials, prices and quotes
Many venues require fire-rated fabrics and boards. On request we check the availability of a material with the certificate the venue asks for, and quote it as a separate option. We do not assume a rating unless it is confirmed for that material.
Send us your graphics list with sizes, materials, quantities, the hall address and the build-up date. We reply with indicative prices and a production slot, and confirm prices before printing. Write in your language and we reply in it; we handle all 14 languages of this site. Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland, where we have been producing since 1991.
