Car Dealership Signage to the Brand Standard – Pylons, Façades and Showrooms for Dealer Networks

From the brand standard to production documents for dealers

Vehicle, trailer and machinery brands usually have a corporate identity manual for dealers. It shows the finished look but rarely tells a dealer in another country which material, which LED module and which fixing to order. The result is a network where every site is slightly different.

We start from your manual and produce a set of production documents for car dealership signage:

  • a catalogue of elements with sizes in several variants (small dealer, standard, flagship)
  • materials and colours per element, checked on samples, including backlit colours
  • fixing details and power requirements for illuminated items
  • a survey form for dealers, so each site sends the data we need

These documents let the importer approve a standard once and order it for many sites. They also make quotes comparable between dealers.

Pylons and totems by the road

The pylon is often the first thing a customer sees from the road. We build pylons and totems on steel structures, with illuminated faces or with printed dibond, routed logos and push-through acrylic. Faces are printed on our UV printers, which print up to 3.2 m wide without joins, so a tall face is one piece.

Pylons need foundations and often a local permit; the dealer arranges the permit and we supply the technical drawing for it. A technical drawing or installation visual is from approx. €85 net.

How we workFrom idea to installation — 5 steps

You approve the design; for brand colours we provide a proof.

Light box, single-sided, LEDfrom approx. €320 per m²
Flagpole flag, Winder Maxi 90 × 440 cm with polefrom approx. €125

On the showroom façade the brand name is usually built from 3D letters and logos, front-lit, halo-lit or both. Our CNC router and laser cut the faces and returns, and the logo emblem can be made as an illuminated 3D LED logo. Where the standard asks for a band or a box, we produce light boxes with acrylic or textile faces.

Showroom, vehicle handover area and service reception

Inside, dealers need signs that guide customers and keep the brand visible:

  • wall logos and brand walls behind the reception desk
  • signs for sales, service reception, parts and the vehicle handover area
  • door plates and wayfinding to offices and customer lounges
  • frosted window vinyl for offices, printed wall graphics with model imagery
  • flags and banners for launch events and open days on the forecourt

Interior items are printed on dibond, acrylic or foam PVC, or as SEG fabric frames that can be changed with each campaign. For single dealers rather than networks, see our sector page for car showrooms and for agricultural and construction machinery dealers.

Installation at height and crew travel

Façade letters and pylon faces are installed by our own crews with a platform lift up to 18 m, or by partner companies we work with across the EU. Our crew's travel costs approx. €1 net per km, counted both ways from Wieluń; a lift with operator is from approx. €230 net per day. For dealers far from our routes, we can ship elements with drilling templates for a local installer.

Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland, where we have been producing signage since 1991. Our own vans drive across Europe every day; on dedicated transport Germany and Austria are usually reached the next working day. Light boxes come with a 24-month warranty.

Updating dealers when the brand standard changes

Brand standards change: a new logo, a new colour, an electric sub-brand. Because the production documents are already in place, an update is a revision of the element catalogue rather than a new project. We then plan the changeover dealer by dealer, often replacing only faces or letters on existing structures; see rebranding signage replacement.

Write to us in your language and we reply in it; we handle all 14 languages of this site. Prices are indicative and every dealer package is confirmed individually.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

Can dealers order individually from the approved standard?

Yes. Each dealer can order from the element catalogue approved by the importer, and we keep to that standard.

Do you handle permits for pylons?

The dealer applies for the permit locally. We supply technical drawings and visuals for the application.

Can you install in several countries?

Yes, with our own crews or EU partner companies. Our crew's travel costs approx. €1 net per km, counted both ways.

What warranty do illuminated signs have?

Light boxes come with a 24-month warranty.

Can you match our brand colour on illuminated faces?

We check colours on samples of the actual material, lit and unlit, before production and keep the approved sample as the reference.
