A campaign calendar and fixed production slots
A one-off rollout equips stores once. A retail campaign changeover repeats: new season, new promotion, new window every few weeks. The work is the same each time, so it should run like a schedule, not like a series of rush jobs.
We start with your campaign calendar for the next quarter or year and agree fixed slots:
- File deadline for each campaign, usually a few working days before production.
- Production slot in our plant, reserved in advance.
- Dispatch date per region, so every store has the kit before the changeover day.
- Changeover day or window, when old graphics come down and new ones go up.
Standard production is about 3 working days; large campaigns take up to about 14 days plus transport. With slots booked ahead, express surcharges are the exception. When a late campaign needs it, 24-hour express costs on average approx. +40%.
Replaceable graphics: SEG, vinyl, posters and frames
| Replaceable element | Indicative price, net |
|---|---|
| Replacement fabric graphic for SEG module 100 × 230 cm | from approx. €65 |
| SEG fabric 220 g with silicone edge, UV print | approx. €16–27 per m² |
| Window vinyl, monomeric, printed | approx. €6–12 per m² |
| One way vision window film, printed | approx. €10–18 per m² |
| Kitting one set per store | approx. €4 per store |
| Multi-address dispatch | approx. €3 per drop point |
The cheaper the change, the more often you can change. We design store media so that only the printed layer changes:
- SEG fabric in fixed aluminium frames, illuminated or not: a new graphic is pushed into the existing frame, see illuminated SEG frames
- Window vinyl in standard window sizes, or repositionable film that comes off cleanly, see shop window graphics
- Posters in snap frames and backlit posters for light boxes
- Hangers, wobblers and floor graphics in the formats of your store standard
- 01Brief
Description, sizes, site photos and deadline — a few sentences are enough.
- 02Design and quote
Our designers prepare artwork or a visualisation and you get a price.
- 03Approval
You approve the design; for brand colours we provide a proof.
- 04Production
35+ machines in our own plant in Poland: 3.2 m UV print, CNC, laser, 3D, sewing.
- 05Installation or delivery
Own crews and vehicles across Europe, partner network, couriers worldwide.
Packing per store with changeover instructions
Store teams change graphics between other tasks, so the kit must explain itself. Each store box contains:
- every graphic for that store, labelled with position codes from your store plan
- an instruction sheet with positions, order of work and what to do with the previous graphics
- the store code and address on the outside, and a contents list
Versions per store type or country are coded so that a small store does not receive graphics for a large window. See campaign sets for retail chains and our guide on shipping materials to many stores.
Delivery to stores or installation by our crews
Kits go to each store by courier or dedicated courier, or in bulk to your distribution centre; see packing and multi-address shipping. Our own vans drive across Europe every day; on dedicated transport Germany and Austria are usually reached the next working day, the UK and Barcelona in about 2 days, and Madrid in 2–3 days.
Where store staff should not do the changeover, for example large windows or work at height, our own crews or partner companies we work with in the EU install the new graphics. A crew of two costs approx. €42 net per hour, and travel of our own crew approx. €1 net per km, counted both ways from Wieluń.
- 24 hexpress printing (UV inks need no drying)
- approx. 3 daysstandard lead time
- up to 14 dayslarge and custom projects with installation
Plus courier delivery. Tell us your date — we plan production around it.
Control: photos after the changeover
Head office needs to know that the campaign is up in every store, not just shipped. We agree a simple control routine: after the changeover each store, or our crew where we install, sends photos of the agreed positions. Our crews add their photos to a per-store report, as in our network rollout with reporting. Stores that are missing photos or show a wrong version are flagged before customers notice.
The ORLEN OIL case study shows a large banner batch prepared and packed for distribution across a network with a short campaign start.
Indicative cost of a campaign cycle
The cost of one cycle is driven by the number of stores, the number of positions per store and whether we install. Send us your store list with store types, the positions that change, the campaign calendar and the delivery model. We return indicative prices per store and per cycle, and confirm them before each campaign; large networks are quoted individually.
Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland, where we have been producing since 1991. Write in your language and we reply in it; we handle all 14 languages of this site. If you are equipping stores for the first time rather than changing campaigns, see retail rollout across Europe.
