Surveying the signage in every branch
A rebrand changes the logo, but the buildings stay the same. Before anything is produced, you need an inventory: what hangs on each site, how big it is, how it is fixed and how it is powered. Without it, the new fascia arrives 20 cm too wide for the space between two windows.
We survey sites with our own crews, or work from a template your branch managers fill in with photos and measurements. For each location we record:
- fascia signs, light boxes and letters with sizes, depth and fixing points
- projecting signs and their brackets
- pylons and totems with the size of the faces
- window graphics, door vinyl and opening hours
- interior signage: counters, wall logos, door plates, wayfinding
- power supply and the condition of existing elements
An on-site survey costs approx. €85 net per site. The result is one spreadsheet of all sites that you approve, and that becomes the production list for the rebranding signage replacement.
New elements designed for existing fixings and power points
The cheapest rebrand reuses what still works. Our studio checks each element and proposes the lightest change that delivers the new brand:
- New face only: for sound light boxes and projecting signs we replace the face with new backlit film or acrylic. A new face with installation on a two-sided projecting sign is from approx. €80 net per m².
- New box on old fixings: where the box is worn, a new light box is built to the same outer dimensions and fixing pattern.
- New letters: if the logo shape changes, new illuminated letters are made with a drilling template for the façade.
- Pylons: new faces for existing structures, or new pylons and totems where the format changes.
Getting the new brand colour right on backlit faces is a separate topic; see brand colour matching in print. New light boxes come with a 24-month warranty.

Changeover order and installation windows without closing branches
Branches usually cannot close for a day. We plan the changeover so that customers see either the old or the new brand, not a bare wall:
- Agree the switch date: one day for the whole network, or waves by region.
- Produce and pack per site, with each box labelled with the branch code.
- Deliver to the sites or to a regional hub before the installation window.
- Install outside opening hours where needed, early mornings or evenings.
- Agree in advance with your facility team who takes down the old elements and when, so the new ones go up straight after.
Our own vans drive across Europe every day; on dedicated transport Germany and Austria are usually reached the next working day, the UK and Barcelona in about 2 days and Madrid in 2–3 days.

A photo report after every branch
Head office needs proof that the rebrand is complete and consistent. After installation the crew takes photos of every element from agreed angles and adds them to the site record. You receive a report per branch and a summary for the network, which shows what is done and what is still open, for example a site where the landlord has not yet approved the new fascia. This is part of our network rollout with reporting.
The same discipline applies when a network grows. The Unilink case study shows how one brand standard is kept across many independent agents ordering locally.
Costs and how to get a quote
Every rebrand is priced from the survey, so the first step is a list of sites with photos. Prices are indicative and confirmed after the survey; larger networks get an individual quote. Send us the number of sites, the countries, the new brand guidelines and the planned switch date. Write in your language and we reply in it; we handle all 14 languages of this site.
Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland, where we have been producing signage since 1991. If you are opening new sites rather than changing existing ones, see retail rollout across Europe.
