Sign makers for Dublin: signs, office branding and exhibition stands

Delivering to Dublin: EU rules, euro prices

For Dublin clients two things make ordering simpler than for the UK: Ireland is in the EU single market, so there is no customs clearance on the goods we deliver, and our prices are already in euro. What you see in our price lists is what you are quoted, net of VAT.

We have no office in Dublin and do not pretend otherwise. Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland, where we have been producing since 1991 on more than 35 machines: UV printing up to 3.2 m wide without seams, LED UV on textiles, dye sublimation, CNC routing, laser cutting and our own sewing room. Our vans run across Europe every day.

Office branding for Dublin’s tech and finance companies

The Docklands and the business districts around them are full of offices that change layout, move floor or rebrand regularly. For these we produce:

  • reception letters and logos: front and halo-lit from approx. €70 net each, non-illuminated acrylic or Dibond from approx. €16 net;
  • frosted and decorative window film for meeting rooms: approx. €12–21 net per m²;
  • wall graphics and wallcoverings: printed wallpaper approx. €15–25 net per m²;
  • printed acoustic panels for open-plan areas: fabric approx. €19–30 net per m²;
  • wayfinding, room signs and directories in acrylic or Dibond: approx. €35–60 net per m².

A site survey costs approx. €85 net and is credited against the production order; our studio adapts the brand guidelines to the building (approx. €35 net per hour). See signage manufacturer and built-up letters.

Shop signs in Dublin and planning

On Grafton Street, Henry Street and in the shopping centres, retailers order light boxes (single-sided from approx. €320 net per m², double-sided from approx. €410 net per m²), projecting signs with bracket (from approx. €300 net), LED neon (from approx. €210 net) and window graphics (One Way Vision approx. €10–18 net per m²). In Ireland, a new shop sign generally needs planning permission from the local authority, Dublin City Council in the city, although some small signs can be exempted development; protected structures and architectural conservation areas bring stricter requirements. We do not apply on your behalf or give legal advice, but we prepare the photomontage and dimensioned drawings an application needs (from approx. €85 net). Our full range is on light box manufacturer.

Exhibition stands and events in Dublin

Trade shows in Dublin are held mainly at the RDS in Ballsbridge, conferences at the Convention Centre Dublin on the quays. Gaelic games at Croke Park and rugby and football at the Aviva Stadium bring sponsor boards, barrier covers and press backdrops (from approx. €490 net for 300 × 250 cm fabric). For exhibition stands in Dublin we make pop-up fabric walls (from approx. €400 net), curved walls (from approx. €440 net), SEG frames, counters and roll-ups, delivered within the build-up slot. See exhibition graphics printing and SEG fabric frames.

Installation and agency work

Our two-person crews cost approx. €42 net per hour, with a cherry picker up to 18 m from approx. €230 net per day. For a full office fit-out or several stores, sending our crew makes sense; for single signs we deliver ready to fit to a partner fitter or your own installer. Dublin agencies can order on a white label basis, with neutral packaging and an NDA if needed: white label printing.
