How we calculate the shipping cost
The calculator asks for the country, postcode, town and the type of parcel, then pulls live prices from the carriers: DPD, FedEx and UPS (and InPost for addresses in Poland). You can pick a ready-made parcel — flyers, business cards, a roll-up in its bag — or enter your own dimensions and weight. It is only an estimate: you do not order or pay for anything here.
Prices in the calculator are approximate and cover shipping only; we confirm the final price once you get in touch. Printing and installation are not included. Carrier rates change, which is why we do not quote figures on this page — the calculator always shows the current result.
What affects the price
- Dimensions — carriers charge by volumetric weight, so a long poster tube can cost more than a small but heavy box of flyers.
- Weight — flyers and catalogues on coated paper weigh more than people expect; 1,000 A4 flyers make a noticeably heavier parcel than A5.
- Country and postcode — the destination sets the carrier's price, and different addresses in the same country can be priced differently.
- Number of parcels — several small parcels can cost more than one larger one, and for big runs a pallet often makes more sense.
- 01Brief
Description, sizes, site photos and deadline — a few sentences are enough.
- 02Design and quote
Our designers prepare artwork or a visualisation and you get a price.
- 03Approval
You approve the design; for brand colours we provide a proof.
- 04Production
35+ machines in our own plant in Poland: 3.2 m UV print, CNC, laser, 3D, sewing.
- 05Installation or delivery
Own crews and vehicles across Europe, partner network, couriers worldwide.
Typical parcels from our print shop
The calculator has presets for the orders we ship most often:
- flyers and folded leaflets in A5 and A4, business cards in a box,
- posters in B1/B2 rolled in a tube,
- roll-up banners and pop-up fabric walls in carry bags,
- rolled PVC banners,
- invitations and cards and stickers on a roll,
- a small light box of about 100 × 50 cm.
If your parcel is different, enter custom dimensions.
When we use a pallet or our own transport
Courier parcels can be up to 200 cm long and 31.5 kg. Anything larger — light boxes, exhibition stands, big catalogue runs — goes on a pallet or with our own transport. If you need installation, our own crew travels to you, with travel charged at approx. €1/km outside Poland. For deliveries to many addresses see multi-address packing and dispatch, and for fitting see installation in Poland and Europe.

How to order printing with delivery
- Check the approximate shipping cost to your address in the calculator.
- Tell us what you need printed — we reply with a print quote and a confirmed delivery price.
- Once you approve, we print in Wieluń, Poland, where we have worked since 1991, and dispatch the parcel.
Typical delivery times after production: Germany and Austria usually the next working day, the UK and Barcelona approx. 2 days, Madrid 2–3 days. For other countries, use the calculator or ask for a quote. We work in 14 languages — write in yours and we reply in it. Printing in Poland is often cheaper than locally, so it is worth comparing. Agencies can start with our agency programme and the B2B portal; examples of our work are in case studies.
