Who can open a company account in the portal
Our B2B print ordering portal is for registered businesses only. Typical users are advertising and event agencies, print resellers and brokers, sign makers who outsource part of their work, and purchasing or marketing teams in companies that order print every month.
Registration takes a few minutes:
- Enter the company name, country and VAT or company registration number. EU VAT numbers are checked against the VIES register while you fill in the form; for the UK, Norway and Switzerland we check the national registers, other countries are verified manually.
- Accept the terms and confirm that you order as a business.
- We review the application and approve the account. You receive your login details by email.
Once approved, the account works in your language. The portal interface runs in the same 14 languages as this site, so a buyer in Dublin, Lyon or Vienna sees the catalogue, the cart and the order emails in their own language.

An order step by step: product, files, confirmation, delivery
- Pick the product. Choose from the catalogue (banners, mesh, rigid boards, SEG fabric, roll-ups, stickers and more) or use one of the configurators for light boxes, lanyards, printed packing tape and labels. The price is calculated by the server from size, quantity and finishing.
- Add the delivery address. Save addresses of your clients, stores or venues in the address book and reuse them.
- Give your client's deadline. The date the material must be on site is a required field, because we plan production backwards from it.
- Choose white label if the parcel goes to your client. The shipment and the delivery note then carry no Wielka Reklama branding.
- Send a link to your files. Paste a link to a cloud folder or transfer service; we download and check the files.
- We confirm the order. After the file check you get a confirmation with the amount and the estimated dispatch and delivery dates.
- Pay and track. You can pay online by card or a local payment method, or by bank transfer. The order page shows the production stage, the shipment tracking and a message thread with our team.

Files and preflight – what we check before printing
Every file goes through a technical check by our in-house studio before it reaches a printer. This is part of our file preparation and preflight service and the basic check is included in the order price.
What we look at:
- final size and scale, bleed and safe area for hems, eyelets or SEG edging
- resolution of images at the printed size
- colour mode, spot colours and black build on large areas
- fonts converted to outlines, transparency and overprint
- cut lines for contour-cut stickers, routed boards and letters
If something is wrong, we write to you in the order thread before printing, not after. Small corrections are done by the studio; adapting a layout to another format costs from approx. €13 net per file, and vectorising a raster logo from approx. €26 net. Logged-in accounts see their own net prices in EUR, calculated per item, with price breaks by area for print sold per m². The figures below come from our public price list and show the order of magnitude. All prices are indicative; for large or unusual jobs we prepare an individual quote and confirm the price before production.

Delivery to your client's address in neutral packaging
Most agency orders never come back to the agency. With white label switched on we ship directly to your client, store or event venue in plain packaging, with no logo, leaflet or invoice from us inside. Installation crews, if you book them, also work without our branding, and we sign an NDA on request.

Our own vans run across Europe every day; on dedicated transport Germany and Austria are usually reached the next working day, the UK and Barcelona in about 2 days and Madrid in 2–3 days. Write to us in your own language and we reply in it: we handle all 14 languages of the site. Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland, where we have been producing since 1991 on more than 35 machines, so the people answering your questions sit next to the production floor.
