The shelf and pallet kit: what goes into a campaign
A trade marketing campaign for one promotion can involve a dozen formats across hundreds of stores. Typical trade marketing materials we produce:
- Shelf: wobblers, shelf stoppers and price cards, shelf and price strips, shelf headers
- Aisle and ceiling: hangers and danglers, aisle fins, floor stickers
- Pallet and secondary placement: printed pallet covers, pallet skirts, dump bins, standees
- Entrance: security gate covers, door stickers, posters

Language and size versions for different chains
The same promotion rarely looks identical in every chain. Shelf strips differ in height and clip system, pallet sizes differ between Euro and half pallets, some chains forbid hangers, others require their own logo next to yours. Across countries, every text changes language.
Our in-house studio prepares the versions from your key visual: one master per format, then variants per chain and per language. Adapting a file to another format costs approx. €13 net per file. Every version gets a code that appears on the packing list, so a store in Vienna does not receive the Czech wobbler. Before printing thousands of wobblers it pays to check one. We print a test sample of A3 size on the target material from approx. €13 net, and build a physical sample of a shaped element so your team can test it on a real shelf: does the clip hold, does the hanger turn, is the text readable from the aisle. Packing per store or per chain warehouse
How materials are packed decides whether they get installed. We pack in two ways:
- Per store: each box holds the complete set for one outlet, with a contents list and a simple installation sheet. Boxes are labelled with the store code and address.
- Per warehouse: bulk quantities per item, palletised and labelled for the chain's distribution centre, ready for their own picking.

Deadlines set by the promotion leaflet date
In trade marketing the date is not negotiable: the promotion starts when the chain's leaflet says so. We plan production backwards from the date materials must be in store, including the chain's own warehouse lead time.
Standard production is about 3 working days; large projects take up to about 14 days plus transport. Express printing in 24 hours is possible at an average surcharge of approx. +40%. Our own vans drive across Europe every day; on dedicated transport Germany and Austria are usually reached the next working day, the UK and Barcelona in about 2 days, and Madrid in 2–3 days. Smaller drops go by courier or dedicated courier, worldwide if needed.
Prices and how to request a quote
Send us the list of formats, quantities per chain and country, the number of stores or warehouses, and the in-store date. We reply with indicative prices per item, packing and delivery, and confirm the final price before production; large campaigns are quoted individually.
