Which calendars we print for 2027
A company calendar works because it stays in sight for twelve months – on the office wall, in the workshop, next to the keyboard. We produce the formats that businesses actually hand out to clients and staff:
- Three-month wall calendar – a header with your design, three calendar pads (previous, current and next month) and a sliding window that marks today. A classic for offices, warehouses and reception areas. More on three-panel calendars.
- Single-panel and A3 wall calendars – a header with one calendar pad, or an A3 calendar with a different photo for every month, usually 13 sheets. A good fit if you have strong photos of projects, products or your region – see wall calendars.
- Desk calendars and pyramids – a creased card stand with an ad space that stays visible all year, with monthly or weekly sheets. The cheapest way to keep your logo on a client's desk – see desk and pyramid calendars.

These are indicative net prices for a typical configuration, excluding shipping. The price of a three-month calendar depends mainly on the run, the type of header (flat or raised) and the number of ad spaces; an A3 wall calendar depends on the number of sheets, paper and binding. Send us the quantity and a rough idea of the design through the enquiry form and we will reply with an exact net quote.

When to order your 2027 calendars

The press is rarely the bottleneck. What takes longest is the design: choosing photos, checking dates and getting sign-off from several people in the company. Plan backwards from the day you want to hand the calendars out. And remember why timing matters at all: a wall calendar hangs wherever the first one arrives – if a client gets another supplier's calendar in November, yours may end up in a drawer in January.
Calendar design with your logo
You don't need finished artwork. Our in-house design studio prepares the header, the back panel and the calendar pages from your logo, photos and brand colours, and you approve a PDF proof before anything is printed. Things we regularly add:
- your own dates marked in the calendar grid – trade fairs, company anniversaries, collection days;
- ad spaces on the back panel for offers, branch contacts or partner logos;
- versions of the same calendar with a different logo or contact details for each branch or partner;
- named desk pyramids with the recipient's name or company printed from a list.

Shipping to branches and many addresses across the EU
If the calendars go straight to your clients or branches, you don't have to repack them yourself. Send us an address list: we pack each calendar or each branch set separately, label it and dispatch it to many addresses across the EU. Details are on the page about packing and multi-address shipping. Packing and shipping to an address list are quoted separately from the calendars themselves, so you see both costs clearly.
For agencies and resellers
Many of our calendars are ordered by advertising agencies for their own clients. We ship in neutral packaging without our logo, straight to your client's address, so the end customer only ever deals with you. Wholesale prices for agencies are available in the B2B zone.

To be clear: the English version does not include public holidays, so mark the ones that apply in your country yourself. Print at 100% scale ("actual size") so the margins stay intact. When you want the same thing with your logo and in a run of a few hundred copies, we'll print it for you.
