Signs & Large Format Print
An office branding standard, from reception to meeting rooms
When a company grows to five or ten offices, each one usually ends up branded by a different local supplier. The logo in Madrid is a different size and colour than in Warsaw, the meeting room names follow a different system, the glass film has another pattern. A shared office branding standard fixes this.
We help build it as a short catalogue of elements:
- reception: logo, brand wall, welcome sign
- glass: frosted bands, manifestation dots or strips, decorative patterns, privacy film
- walls: brand graphics, values, maps or photo walls in open space and corridors
- rooms: door plates, meeting room names, floor directories, wayfinding
- acoustics: printed panels that carry graphics and reduce noise
Each element gets a material, size range and colour per material, so any office can order it and get the same result.

The reception logo is the most visible part of office branding. We make it as 3D letters from acrylic, dibond or foam PVC on stainless steel spacers, or as an illuminated 3D LED logo with front or halo lighting.
Glass is the second big surface. Frosted and decorative film gives privacy to meeting rooms and marks glass walls so people do not walk into them; patterns can be cut from plain frosted film or printed. Our guide on frosted film for offices explains options and installation.
Wall graphics are printed on vinyl with air-release channels for bubble-free application, or as wallpaper on rolls up to 3.2 m wide without joins.

Door plates and room signs
Room signs need a system that survives changes: people move, teams are renamed, meeting rooms get new names. We recommend holders with changeable inserts for names, and fixed signs only for permanent rooms such as reception, kitchen and toilets. Signs are printed on acrylic, dibond or foam PVC and can be mounted on spacers, adhesive tape or frames; see door plates and directional signs and our guide on door signs and office signage.

Printed acoustic panels
Open-plan offices and meeting rooms often need sound absorption, and acoustic panels are large, visible surfaces. Printed acoustic panels combine both jobs: fabric printed with your graphics stretched over an absorbent core, or SEG fabric in a frame. Fabric is printed with LED UV ink for textiles or by dye-sublimation, and the silicone edge is sewn on in our own sewing room. Graphics can be swapped later without replacing the frame.

Shipping for local installation or installation by our crew
For offices in several countries there are two models:
- We ship, a local installer fits. Every element is packed per office and per room, with positions marked on a plan. Glass film and wall graphics come with application tape and instructions.
- Our crew installs. Our own crews, or partner companies we work with in the EU, fit everything in one visit per office. A crew of two costs approx. €42 net per hour and our crew's travel approx. €1 net per km, counted both ways from Wieluń.
Our own vans drive across Europe every day; on dedicated transport Germany and Austria are usually reached the next working day, the UK and Barcelona in about 2 days, and Madrid in 2–3 days. Couriers handle smaller shipments worldwide.
Prices and how to get a quote
Send us the list of offices with addresses, floor plans or photos of reception and meeting rooms, and your brand guidelines. Our in-house studio prepares the element catalogue and visuals; you approve them once and every office is quoted from that list. Prices are indicative and confirmed per office; larger projects are quoted individually.
