In-Store Advertising Production for Retail Media Networks – Standard Formats for Every Store, Fast Campaign Swaps

Standard formats for the whole network

Retail media works when a brand can buy the same format in every store and know what it gets. That requires a fixed catalogue of in-store media: exact sizes, materials and positions, valid for all outlets. We help build that catalogue from the physical reality of your stores: gate models, floor types, fridge doors, ceiling heights.

For each format we define the material, the print and finishing, the fixing method and the packing. Brands and agencies then receive a technical sheet with dimensions and bleed, and our in-store advertising production follows that sheet for every campaign. Our in-house studio checks every incoming file against the format before it goes to print.

The most common in-store media formats and how we make them:

  • Security gate covers: printed vinyl or repositionable film on the gate panels, or stretch fabric sleeves that slide over the antenna; see gate and sensor covers
  • Floor graphics: printed vinyl with anti-slip laminate rated R10 for aisles and entrances; see floor graphics
  • Hangers and danglers: HIPS, foam PVC or card, shaped on our cutters; see hangers
  • Dump bins and promo bins: printed corrugated card, cut and creased; see dump bins
  • Fridge and freezer doors: vinyl or repositionable film that leaves the glass clean after removal
  • Trolley bays, columns, entrance doors: printed vinyl, posters in frames

Fast campaign swaps with replaceable graphics

In retail media the format stays and the advertiser changes, sometimes every two weeks. The way to keep swaps cheap is to separate the fixed part from the printed part:

  1. Fixed holders, frames or sleeves stay in the store.
  2. Only the graphic is printed for each campaign: a new film, fabric insert or card face.
  3. Graphics are packed per store in the order of installation, with a simple sheet showing positions.
  4. Store staff or our crews swap them on the agreed date.

Standard production takes about 3 working days; when an advertiser books late, express printing in 24 hours is possible at an average surcharge of approx. +40%.

Packing per store and delivery to the chain's warehouse

Every campaign is packed either per store, with a box labelled with the store code, or in bulk for your distribution centre. Kitting a set per store costs approx. €4 net per store, and multi-address dispatch approx. €3 net per drop point; see packing and multi-address shipping.

Our own vans drive across Europe every day; on dedicated transport Germany and Austria are usually reached the next working day, the UK and Barcelona in about 2 days and Madrid in 2–3 days. Couriers and dedicated couriers handle smaller drops.

Materials that survive customer traffic

In-store media takes a beating: trolleys hit gate covers, floor graphics are walked on by thousands of shoppers, fridge doors are opened all day. Material choice matters more than print:

  • floor graphics always get an anti-slip laminate, and edges are cut with rounded corners to resist peeling
  • gate covers in fabric sleeves survive knocks better than film on exposed edges
  • repositionable films leave no adhesive on glass and make removal fast at campaign end
  • hangers in HIPS or foam PVC keep their shape under air conditioning better than thin card

Our guide on floor stickers explains anti-slip classes and durability in more detail.

Prices, quotes and service in your language

Send us your format catalogue or photos of the store positions, the number of stores and the planned campaign rhythm. We return indicative prices per format, per campaign and per store, and confirm prices before production; larger networks get an individual quote. Write to us in your language and we reply in it; we handle all 14 languages of this site.

Our head office and main production plant are in Wieluń, Poland, where we have been producing since 1991. Brand-side shelf and pallet kits are covered on trade marketing materials, and a monthly campaign rhythm on in-store campaign changeover.
