Turnaround times at a glance
| Mode | Production time | Condition | Surcharge |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | approx. 3 working days | approved file or proof | none |
| 24-hour express | next working day | correct file by 12:00 | approx. 40% of the print value |
| Same-day express | the same day | correct file by 10:00, after confirmation with production | approx. 80% of the print value |
| Night or weekend production | as agreed | only by prior arrangement with production | approx. 100% of the print value |
| Large projects (light boxes, letters, structures, installation) | up to approx. 14 days | design and construction approval | timing agreed individually |
The surcharge is calculated on the value of the print alone, not on design or installation. Example: a 3 × 1 m banner in 510 g coated banner is 3 m² × approx. €13 = approx. €39 net. With 24-hour express approx. 40% is added, making approx. €55 net in total. On small amounts the difference is minor; on a campaign of several dozen square metres it is significant, so we always advise ordering ahead and keeping express for emergencies.
Why print can be ready tomorrow
Express is not a 'we will try' promise with us. We print on our own machines – two industrial 3.2 m wide UV printers, roll-to-roll and flatbed, so we never wait for a free slot at a subcontractor. UV inks cure instantly under the lamp and need no drying or outgassing, so a banner can go straight from the printer to welding and eyeleting. Eyelets are punched by two automatic machines, and textile finishing is done in our own sewing room.
All of this shortens the path from file to finished product. The bottleneck is almost never the machine. It is the file, or the approval.

What we can do in 24 hours, and what needs more time
In express mode we usually produce:
- banners and mesh (up to 3.2 m wide in one piece, without welds),
- posters, blueback and citylight paper,
- stickers and vinyl trimmed to size, including contour-cut simple shapes,
- dibond and PVC boards with UV print,
- replacement graphics for roller banners and display walls.
More time is needed for:
- light boxes, 3D letters and LED neon – these involve building the structure, the electrics and the face, and often installation too,
- vehicle wrapping – the vehicle has to be booked in for a specific day,
- exhibition stands and non-standard structures,
- promotional merchandise, packaging and print on products – here the lead time depends on the product and quantity, and we give it in the quote.
How long a shop sign or light box takes is covered in more detail in our guide how long a shop sign takes.
- 01Brief
Description, sizes, site photos and deadline — a few sentences are enough.
- 02Design and quote
Our designers prepare artwork or a visualisation and you get a price.
- 03Approval
You approve the design; for brand colours we provide a proof.
- 04Production
35+ machines in our own plant in Poland: 3.2 m UV print, CNC, laser, 3D, sewing.
- 05Installation or delivery
Own crews and vehicles across Europe, partner network, couriers worldwide.
When the clock starts, and what most often extends it
We count lead time from approval of the file or proof, not from the first enquiry email. That matters, because two or three days can pass between enquiry and approval that the client is no longer counting.
What most often pushes production back:
- a file in RGB, or with photos at too low a resolution – it has to be corrected or the photo replaced,
- no bleed or the wrong scale – a file prepared at A4 instead of 1:10 or 1:1 scale,
- waiting for proof approval – production does not start without sign-off,
- changes after approval – 'let's just change the phone number' means a new proof and a new place in the queue,
- weather during installation – we do not apply vinyl in the rain, and we do not hang large banners in strong wind.
The good news: most of these delays can be avoided. When sending a file, state the size, material and quantity in the email. Before approving, check the phone number and web address once more. Collect comments on the proof from everyone who has a say – one combined reply instead of three separate ones can save a whole day.
How to prepare a file that goes through without corrections is described in our guide to preparing a banner file for print.

Plus courier delivery. Tell us your date — we plan production around it.
How to plan an order around a specific date
It is best to count backwards. Suppose the materials must be on a trade stand on Tuesday morning and are going by courier:
- Delivery – check the transit time to your country (within Poland usually 1–2 working days; allow longer abroad, or ask about delivery with our own vans), and work out the latest day the parcel must leave us – say Friday.
- Production – the standard approx. 3 working days, so file approval by the Tuesday of the week before at the latest.
- Approval and corrections – leave a day in hand for minor changes.
- Design – if we are designing it, send the materials (logo, text, photos) a few days earlier still.
That comes to about two weeks with a design from scratch, and a week with a ready file. If your timeline is shorter – call, do not just email. With express every hour counts, and by phone we can agree faster whether the file will make the 12:00 cut-off.
