An agency sells the idea, the campaign and the client service. Production stays in the background and that's where it should remain – the end client should see your agency, not the printer. So on agency jobs we work discreetly: no logo of ours on the prints, no leaflets in the parcel, no details of ours on the shipping label. The parcel looks as if it left your own warehouse.
On the production side an agency needs three things: predictable colour (so a campaign in five cities looks the same), a deadline you can promise the client, and someone who checks the files before they go to print. We run our own machine park – UV print up to 3.2 m without seams, dye-sublimation, CNC, laser, a sewing room and a 3D printer farm, so most jobs are done under one roof. If you're running a rollout for a chain, we take on kitting per store, shipping and night-time installation crews. We already work with agencies from cities such as London and Berlin. What to look for when choosing a partner is covered in [how to choose a large format printer](/poradnik/jak-wybrac-drukarnie-wielkoformatowa).
1. Large format print and customer-supplied materials
The most common agency jobs are banners, building wraps, printed boards and vinyl application. We also print on your own material: glass, mirror, sheet metal, wood or boards up to 50 mm thick. On unusual substrates we always do a test on an offcut before the full run.
- Large format banners and mesh→Up to 3.2 m wide in one piece, with no weld through the middle of the graphic. At 100+ m² coated banner comes to approx. €7 net/m² on our retail price list.
- Mesh for facades and scaffolding→Large brand campaigns on buildings. Panel welding, pole pockets, reinforcement and installation from a cherry picker are on our side.
- UV print on boards: dibond, PVC, acrylic, honeycomb→Signs, displays, build elements. On customer-supplied boards, flatbed UV print costs approx. €17–26 net/m², depending on quantity.
- UV print on glass, mirror and client materials→Premium windows, interior elements, panels. Primer and white underlay are included, approx. €24–34 net/m².

2. Illuminated and 3D signage
We make a light box or letters for an agency's client from the technical drawing, through production, to installation and connection by a qualified electrician. You receive a production drawing and a visualisation you can present to the client as your own. Channel elements can also be 3D printed – useful for unusual logos.
- Custom light boxes→Single and double-sided, with acrylic, routed dibond or fabric faces. Single-sided light box from approx. €320 net/m².
- LED illuminated letters→Front-lit, halo or both. From approx. €46 net per character at 30 cm high.
- 3D-printed LED logos and emblems→When a logo has a shape that can't be bent from profile. The body is printed in one piece, then illuminated.
3. Exhibition, POS and retail chain campaigns
Backdrops, roll-ups, stands and POS are things agencies order in series – for a client's trade fair, a campaign across a retail chain, an event tour. For chain campaigns, beyond print what counts is kitting: one box per store, with a contents list.
- Fabric walls, roll-ups and stands→In bags without our logo, ready to hand over to the client. A 300 × 230 cm pop-up fabric wall from approx. €400 net.
- Replacement graphics for the client's walls, counters and frames→The client already has structures from previous fairs – we print only new fabrics and panels to their sizes. Shipped straight to the stand or the client's warehouse.
- Campaign kits for points of sale→Posters, wobblers, stickers, shelf strips – kitted separately for every store. Kitting approx. €3.30 net per site.
- Chain rollout with report→Site surveys, production, installation by crews at night or outside opening hours and a photo report after each site – without our branding, ready to pass to the client.

4. Files, proofs and visualisations
Every file goes through a technical check before production – we check bleed, resolution, colours and fonts, and if there are errors we call before printing anything. For a client's brand colours we produce a proof or test print on the final material.
- Preflight and format adaptations→Technical check included in the order. Adapting a key visual to another format approx. €13 net each, when the agency studio is short of time.
- Proofs and installation visualisations for the client→Contract proof approx. €38 net, installation visualisation approx. €75 net. Without our branding, ready to send to the client for approval.
5. Packing, shipping and installation under your brand
Neutral packaging is included for partners. We ship to your client's address, to dozens of sites at once, or to you if you prefer to hand over the goods yourself. On installation our crews work without Wielka Reklama branding and represent your agency – the rules for contact with your client are agreed before the crew sets off.
- Neutral packing and multi-address shipping→No logo or leaflets of ours in the parcel. Kitting and shipping per site approx. €2.80 net, packing a graphic in a tube approx. €5 net.
- Installation in Poland and Europe→Our own qualified crews, a cherry picker up to 18 m, night installations in shopping centres. A crew costs approx. €42 net per hour, at night from approx. €65 net.

From our experience — what to watch out for
- State clearly in the order that it's white label and which address the parcel goes to. The shipping label, documents in the parcel and packaging are then prepared without our details.
- For a client's brand colours, give the Pantone reference and order a proof or test print on the final material. The colour on the client's monitor isn't a reference point.
- For a chain rollout, send the list of sites in Excel with addresses and delivery hours. We kit parcels according to that list, site by site.
- Give us the installation date at the client's site, not just the shipping date. We schedule production to leave a spare day for any corrections.
- Send the client's logo as a vector. Vectorising from a raster costs an extra approx. €26 net.
