Fashion changes its windows more often than any other trade: two main collections, sales, Black Friday, Christmas, back to school. For a chain with a dozen or several dozen stores this means the same operation several times a year – print the campaign in every format, pack for each store, deliver before the launch date and install so the store doesn't lose a day's trading.
This is where a manufacturer has a simple advantage. We print everything in-house from one colour profile, so the campaign red is the same in every city. We assemble packs according to the list of stores and formats, ship multi-drop, and our crews install at night or before the shopping centre opens. Instead of five suppliers you have one schedule.
1. Shopfront and entrance
In a shopping centre the look of the shopfront is set by the landlord; on a high street often by the local authority. So we specify letters and lighting to the venue's design guidelines. Between campaigns the shopfront stays the same; what changes is behind the glass.
- Illuminated letters over the entrance→The chain's logo at the same size and colour in every store. We match the dimensions to the centre's guidelines.
- Lightbox in the window→An ultra-slim LED light box with a changeable graphic. The brightest point in the window, visible from far down the mall.

2. Windows and campaigns
A fashion window lives for a few weeks. The vinyl must remove easily, leave no adhesive behind and be applied identically in every store. For sales speed matters: the 'sale' message has to appear everywhere on the same morning.
- Seasonal campaign window graphics→Collection imagery on the glass, printed on vinyl that peels off cleanly when the campaign ends.
- Double-sided window stickers→Sale, discount, opening hours – readable from the mall and from inside the store.
- SEG frame window backdrop→A fabric frame behind the mannequins. When the campaign changes, only the fabric is replaced; the frame stays.
3. Store interior
Inside the store, atmosphere and navigation matter: womenswear, menswear, fitting rooms, sale. Two good advertising spots chains often forget are the anti-theft gates at the entrance and the fitting room mirrors – customers look at them longer than at any poster.
- Wall-mounted SEG frame graphics→Collection shoot imagery in the same format in every store. We ship the fabric in a tube; fitting takes minutes.
- Anti-theft gate skins→Gates stand right at the entrance and are usually blank. A vinyl or stretch-fabric skin turns them into campaign media.
- Wall graphics and lettering→Brand slogans, department signs, the wall behind the tills. Air-release vinyl goes on without bubbles.
- Mirror graphics and lettering→A campaign slogan or logo printed on the fitting room mirror. Customers take a selfie and post it online.
- Floor graphics→Arrows to the sale, queue markings at the tills. R10 anti-slip laminate, installed after closing.
- Hook stands for accessories→Socks, belts, insoles by the till. A PVC or honeycomb board stand in the chain's colours.

4. Product and till
Swing tags and bags are advertising customers carry home themselves. Chains use them in the largest quantities, so reliable repeat supply and a fixed design are what count.
- Swing tags and product hang tags→Tags with logo, size and price, including variable data print. A fixed design, reprinted as needed.
- Branded paper bags→A printed kraft bag travels round town in customers' hands. We choose handles and paper for the weight of shoes and coats.
5. Rollout across all stores
With a chain, mistakes cost the most: the wrong format in a pack, one missing graphic, installation during trading hours in front of customers. That is why we start with a list of stores and displays, and every pack comes with a note on what goes where.
- Campaign kits for every store→Vinyls, SEG graphics, posters and stickers packed separately for each address and shipped on the same day.
- Night-time installation with photo report→Crews install after the centre closes, and head office gets photos from every store before opening.

From our experience — what to watch out for
- Collect the dimensions of all windows and frames in your stores once. An on-site survey costs approx. €85 net, and every campaign after that runs from a ready database.
- For corporate colours, do a proof before the first campaign. We then print subsequent ones on the same profile; more in [matching brand colours in print](/poradnik/dopasowanie-koloru-pantone-proof).
- Plan a campaign backwards from the launch date: artwork, print, kitting, shipping, installation. For several dozen stores give us at least 7–10 working days.
- SEG frames instead of vinyl on walls save money from the second campaign – you only change the fabric. See [what SEG frames are](/poradnik/ramy-tekstylne-seg).
- Order 5% spare graphics for damage claims and new openings. We will store them in our warehouse; you pay per pallet.
