Window film prices: where to start
| Film | Used on the window for | 1–4 m² | 5–15 m² | 16–49 m² |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| White monomeric (gloss/matt) | Full graphics, bands, hiding the back room | approx. €12 | approx. €8 | approx. €7 |
| Clear | Graphics "on the glass", stained-glass effect, logo without background | approx. €14 | approx. €10 | approx. €9 |
| Grey adhesive (blockout) | Covering an empty unit, hiding old graphics | approx. €14 | approx. €11 | approx. €9 |
| One Way Vision 140 µm | Full-pane graphics with a view out from inside | approx. €18 | approx. €14 | approx. €12 |
| Frosted (etch effect) | Privacy bands, consulting rooms, elegant logos | approx. €21 | approx. €16 | approx. €14 |
The rate depends on the total area in the order, not on a single pane. If you are covering three panes of 2 m² each, we count 6 m², which already falls in the 5–15 m² band. The price includes UV printing and cutting to a rectangle. UV print is durable without laminate, so on an ordinary shop window laminate is not needed; we only add it where the film will be scrubbed often or is exposed to scratching.
Lettering cut from solid-colour vinyl (opening hours, logo, phone number) is priced differently: per linear metre of cut line, approx. €1.40 net/lm, plus the vinyl and, if needed, application tape at approx. €6/m². More on the types of vinyl in cast, polymeric or monomeric vinyl.
Fitting: when to hire us and when to apply it yourself
Our installation is done by a two-person crew. The rate is approx. €42 net per hour, minimum 4 hours per visit, plus travel at approx. €1/km both ways from Wieluń; abroad we can also use partner installers. In shopping centres where work is only allowed after closing, the night rate is approx. €65 per hour.
That leads to a simple rule we repeat to clients on the phone: on a small shopfront, fitting can cost more than the film itself. So:
- hire fitting when the graphic is full-format, has joins between panels, the panes are high up, or the shopfront has several panes that must line up;
- apply it yourself for cut lettering, a logo on the door or a band at eye level: you receive it on application tape, ready to position;
- combine fitting with other work: if we are coming anyway with a sign or light box, we add the window graphics on the same visit and you do not pay for travel twice.
How to apply vinyl without bubbles is explained step by step in a separate guide: how to apply vinyl yourself. Details of our installation service are on the sign installation in Poland and Europe page.

Three sample quotes
We calculate from list prices, without individual discounts, all net.
1. Opening hours and logo on the door, cut from vinyl. Say about 12 lm of cut line × €1.40 = approx. €17, plus a little vinyl and application tape. That is below the minimum order value of approx. €24 net, so small items like this are best ordered with something bigger, or add a second set for the back door.
2. A 7 m² shopfront covered in One Way Vision. 7 m² × approx. €14 = approx. €100 for the printed film. Fitting minimum 4 h × €42 = €168; travel for a site 30 km away: 60 km × €1 = €60. Total approx. €330 net. Without fitting: approx. €100 plus shipping.
3. A strip of frosted film on the door and window of a consulting room, approx. 3 m². 3 m² × approx. €21 = approx. €63 for the film. If the strip is plain, without cut patterns, most clients apply it themselves using the wet method.
For retail chains we add kitting and dispatch per location (approx. €2.80 net per location), and each set is packed with a note of which film goes on which pane.
What most often pushes the cost up
- No measurements. Sizes guessed from a photo end in remakes. If you cannot measure yourself, we can come and survey (approx. €85 net, refunded with the production order).
- Old film on the glass. Removing old graphics and adhesive is extra work: removal of old signage is charged from approx. €16/m². See also how to remove old vinyl and adhesive from glass.
- Complex cutting. Small letters, fine serifs, ornaments: more metres of cutting and more weeding time (removing the waste vinyl, approx. €10/m²).
- Design from scratch. A simple design for a banner or window graphic is approx. €42 net with two rounds of changes. If you have a ready file in good resolution, this item drops out.
- Express. 24-hour printing is possible, because UV inks need no drying time, but there is a surcharge on the print value.
- Night work in a shopping centre: a higher hourly rate.
- 24 hexpress printing (UV inks need no drying)
- approx. 3 daysstandard lead time
- up to 14 dayslarge and custom projects with installation
Plus courier delivery. Tell us your date — we plan production around it.
What to prepare to get a quote within a day
- Measure each pane separately: width × height of the visible glass inside the frame, in centimetres.
- Take a straight-on photo of the shopfront, ideally from outside and inside.
- Say whether the film goes on the inside or outside. Inside is more durable and harder to damage, but the graphic must then be printed mirror-reversed and on the right film.
- Decide whether you need to see out onto the street from inside: if so, One Way Vision film or a graphic on only part of the glass is the answer.
- Attach your logo as a vector (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG). If you only have a JPG, logo vectorisation costs approx. €26 net.
- Give the address and say whether you need fitting.
With that set of information we usually reply with a price within one working day. The full offer is on the shop window graphics page.
