A travel agency sells a dream, not a product the customer can hold. That's why the window works harder here than at most service businesses: a big beach photo on a rainy November evening does its job. The catch is that offers change every season, sometimes every two weeks. So graphics must be cheap to change, and the display itself durable.
The second topic is chains and franchises. Many agencies trade under a larger brand or have several branches in different towns. Then consistency counts: the same colour at every branch, a pack with a full set of graphics for every shop, changeover in one weekend. That's our everyday work – we print, assemble packs according to the branch list and ship, or install with our own crew outside opening hours.
1. Window
One big photo works better than a dozen offers in small print. Put last-minute deals on a framed poster you change weekly, and leave the window for the season.
- One Way Vision window film→A full photo from outside; from inside you can see the street, so the shop doesn't go dark. Approx. €10–18 net per m², changed each season.
- Window graphics with destinations and contact details→Bands with the agency name, phone, destinations. Cut vinyl lettering stays for years while the photos beside it change.
- Lightbox with changeable graphics→An ultra-slim LED light box behind the glass. Lit in the evening, and you change the graphic yourself in minutes. A1 format from approx. €165 net.
- Framed offer posters→Last minute, school trips, half-term breaks. Ten A2 posters cost approx. €28 net; don't hang office printouts.

2. Above the entrance
A light box over the entrance can be seen from afar and after dark. In arcades and shopping centres the landlord usually has requirements on size and lighting – check them before ordering.
- Light box with the agency name→Acrylic and vinyl face, LED. From approx. €320 net per m²; if you change franchise, we replace just the face.
- Opening hours and phone on the door→Cut vinyl lettering on the door glass. A customer browsing the window on a Sunday needs to know when to come or whom to call.
3. Interior and consultation area
Customers sit at the desk for up to an hour comparing hotels. The wall behind the consultant is the best place for a photo that helps them decide.
- Wall mural with a view→A beach, mountains, an old town. A 10 m² non-woven mural costs approx. €200 net, hung in one evening with no odour.
- Roll-up with the season's offer→Stand it at the entrance for a promotion, then take it to travel shows. From approx. €55 net.
- Catalogue of your own tours→When the agency organises its own trips, e.g. pilgrimages or school trips. An A4 catalogue, 16 pages, 100 copies costs approx. €220 net.
- Offer leaflets for the counter and schools→An A5 folder in a run of 1,000 costs approx. €90 net. For schools and workplaces with group travel offers.

4. For the customer before departure
The customer leaves with a contract, vouchers and flight information. Handed over in a plain plastic sleeve, it looks cheap. A branded wallet costs little and stays at home until the next holiday.
- Travel document wallets→An A4 folder with a laminated cover. 100 pcs cost approx. €135 net, 500 pcs approx. €270 net.
- Vouchers and gift cards→A trip as a wedding, anniversary or Christmas present. A numbered voucher with an envelope sells more easily than a verbal promise.
- ID badges and lanyards for groups→For tour leaders and group trip participants. 100 badges 90 × 50 mm cost approx. €60 net; lanyards can be configured at printstrap.com.
5. Chains, franchises and travel shows
For a few or several dozen branches we run one production, pack according to the list and ship by courier to every agency. Colours are kept to one standard, and installation happens at night or before opening. How it works in practice is described in our guide to [shipping to multiple stores](/poradnik/wysylka-do-wielu-sklepow).
- Campaign kits for every branch→Window film, posters and lightbox graphic in one pack with instructions. Kitting approx. €3.30 net per site, shipping approx. €2.80 net per site.
- Travel show stand→Fabric wall, counter with graphics, roll-ups. Promotional counter from approx. €210 net, 300 × 230 cm pop-up wall from approx. €400 net.

From our experience — what to watch out for
- One big photo and one headline in the window. Put prices and dates on posters that are easy to change, because offers go out of date quickly.
- One Way Vision film works when it's brighter outside than inside. In the evening, with the lights on, the interior can be seen from the street – that's when the lightbox does the work.
- Photos for print need rights for advertising use and sufficient resolution. A photo from a tour operator's brochure can't always be enlarged to a whole window.
- When you change graphics each season, order film for several branches at once. Over a larger area the price per m² drops.
- With a franchise, ask head office for the brand manual and window templates before we start designing. It saves corrections.
