A bank branch or insurance agency rarely decides on its own look. There's usually a brand manual, window templates and centrally approved campaigns. Our role is to execute exactly to the standard: the same colour on the light box in one town as in another city, film cut to the specific window, installation done so the branch opens normally in the morning. During bank mergers and rebrands this is done across dozens or hundreds of sites in a short time.
Financial services advertising is subject to separate regulations and supervisory guidelines – for example on what information a credit advert must contain or how an agent must disclose on whose behalf they act. Content is usually approved by the head office compliance team or the insurer. We print approved files and take care of the technical side, e.g. whether the small print with a representative example is still legible once a poster is reduced to A3. We don't give legal advice.
1. Facade
The bank's logo must be visible from the street and recognisable by colour. For facades in conservation areas or with strict local signage rules, the formalities take longer than production – start with them.
- Light box or logo letters→Single-sided light box from approx. €320 net per m², illuminated letters from approx. €46 net per character. We match the brand colour to the reference in the brand manual.
- Projecting sign at the entrance→Visible along the street from both directions. From approx. €300 net; in a rebrand we replace just the face, without removing the bracket.

2. Window and entrance
Branch windows are usually a mix of permanent identity and campaigns that change every few weeks. We make permanent elements from durable film, and campaign graphics so a change takes a quarter of an hour.
- Window and door graphics→Bands in the brand colour, opening hours, ATM or deposit machine information. Polymeric film lasts several years in the sun.
- ATM and deposit machine zone marking→Brand-colour film around the ATM in the window, an arrow to the deposit machine, self-service zone hours. Customers don't have to search and staff don't field questions.
- Campaign lightbox→An ultra-slim light box with a changeable fabric graphic. 100 × 200 cm from approx. €440 net; the branch changes the graphic itself, with no crew.
- Posters for cases and frames→Campaign posters on citylight paper or satin, approx. €5–11 net per m² depending on paper and quantity. We print one run for all branches.
3. Banking hall and adviser area
The customer is discussing a loan, debt, life insurance. A glass booth without film makes them uncomfortable. People in the queue also shouldn't stand right behind the person at the counter.
- Frosted film for adviser booths→A matt band at seated height, with the logo or a pattern from the brand manual. Approx. €12–21 net per m².
- Privacy line on the floor→Vinyl with R10 anti-slip laminate, approx. €19–30 net per m². A simple thing, and customers really do stop at it.
- Desk and counter signage→Desk numbers, desk and door signs, directions to the mortgage room. Acrylic and dibond to one standard for the whole network.
- Acrylic leaflet holders→For the counter and wall, for product leaflets. Leaflets stand neatly and don't end up on the floor.

4. Insurance agent and multi-agency
An agent often works from a small office or visits clients. What matters is a proper sign by the door and what you leave with the client. Agree insurers' logos and the wording about on whose behalf you act with the insurer.
- Roll-up for meetings and open days→In the office day to day, at a company picnic or a workplace with a group offer. From approx. €55 net.
- Policy and document folder→Clients keep their policy at home for years. A folder with your contact details reminds them whom to call at renewal. 100 pcs approx. €135 net.
5. Branch network and rebranding
With dozens of branches, mistakes cost the most: a wrong window size, a missing sticker, a crew turning up during opening hours. So we start with a survey of every site and finish with a photo report. How we organise shipping to multiple addresses is described in a [separate guide](/poradnik/wysylka-do-wielu-sklepow).
- Rollout with survey and report→Branch inventory approx. €85 net per site, then production to the list and a photo report from every site after installation.
- Campaign packs per branch→Posters, film and lightbox graphics kitted separately for each branch. Kitting approx. €3.30 net, shipping approx. €2.80 net per site.
- Installation at night and at weekends→Our own qualified crews and a cherry picker up to 18 m, across Poland and Europe. Night installation from approx. €65 net per hour.

From our experience — what to watch out for
- Check the small print after reduction. A legal notice readable on a billboard can be illegible on an A3 poster, and that's a problem for compliance.
- Give the brand colour from the brand manual, ideally with a physical reference. With light boxes, what matters is the colour when lit, not on screen.
- In a rebrand, plan removal of the old signage together with installation of the new. Empty anchor holes in the facade look worse than the old sign.
- Choose frosted rather than opaque film for adviser booths. Customers feel at ease, and the manager can still see what's happening in the hall.
- Order campaign graphics with spares for damage. Reprinting a single piece later costs more than a few spares in the first run.
