Sample sets at three budgets
| Budget | Contents | Calculation | Total |

| approx. €24 | power bank 10,000 mAh + flask 500 ml + A5 notebook + pen | €15 + €7 + €1.85 + €0.35 | approx. €24.20 |
Individual product prices come from our price list and apply to the quantities they are quoted for – usually 100 pieces, pens 500 pieces, the pen and keyring set 50 pieces. With fewer sets the unit price rises, with more it falls. This is a starting point for discussion, not a closed list: we adapt the contents to your budget and recipients.
An example of the full sum: 40 sets at approx. €10.30 come to approx. €410 net for the products. If each goes to a different address, add assembly and multi-point dispatch at approx. €2.80 net per address, i.e. approx. €112. Then packaging, which you choose separately. Only that total shows what a gift for one person really costs.
Staff and clients – two different gifts
For staff the gift should say 'thank you' and be useful outside work. Flasks, travel mugs, bags, hoodies with a discreet logo and sweets in branded packaging all work well. The logo can be visible, but should not dominate – few people want to wear a hoodie with a huge employer print at the weekend.
For clients the gift extends the business relationship. Fewer but better things work best here: an engraved flask, a power bank, a notebook with a calendar, plus a greetings card signed by the account manager. A corporate calendar in the set keeps the brand visible all year; see our guide to corporate calendars.
A rule for both groups: one good item is better than five cheap ones that go straight into a drawer. We cover this in more detail in our guide promotional merchandise – how to choose for a given budget.

Personalisation – a name instead of just a logo
A gift with the recipient's name works quite differently from one with only a logo. A mug with a name stays on the desk for years; the same mug with just a logo often ends up in a cupboard with the others.
The simplest personalisation is laser engraving on metal, wood and some plastics. On a series of 100 or more, marking each piece with different text costs approx. €0.25 net per piece. On ceramic mugs and textiles we personalise by print – with sublimation every piece can carry a different name or photo.
For personalisation we need a list in a spreadsheet: first name and surname (exactly as they should appear on the gift), and department or role if needed. We check spelling before production, but the list is responsible for the data – it is worth having someone from HR look over it.
Packaging and dispatch to multiple addresses
Packaging makes half the impression. The same items loose in a carton, or in a branded box with padding and a card, are two different gifts. Options:
- printed box – at 100 pieces a 155 × 110 × 50 mm folding carton is approx. €2.05 net each; more in our guide to logo boxes in small quantities,
- branded paper bag – approx. €1.85 net each at 100 pcs, good for handing over in person,
- shipping carton with printed tape – when the set goes by courier.
Increasingly, sets are not handed out in the office but sent to employees' homes or to clients' branches. We handle that too: kitting a set per address is approx. €3.30 net, and assembly with multi-point dispatch approx. €2.80 net per address. We need an address list with recipients' phone numbers – the cost of the shipment itself is confirmed in the quote. Details on the packing and multi-address dispatch page.

How to order gift sets – step by step
- Decide the number of recipients and the budget per person, including packaging and delivery.
- Decide whether the set is handed over in person or posted.
- Tell us who the recipients are (office staff, field teams, business clients) – it helps us choose products.
- Send your logo as a vector and, if personalising, the list of names.
- We send you 2–3 proposed sets within budget, with a visual of the branding.
- After approval we produce, assemble and dispatch.
For Christmas sets, start the conversation in October at the latest. Product availability towards the end of the year can be limited, and the later you leave it, the less choice there is. Take advice from your accountant on the tax treatment of gifts to staff and business partners – it depends on the value of the gift and how it is given.
