Calendars for 2027 – an ordering timeline
| When | What to do | Why then |
|---|---|---|
| by 20 October 2026 | choose the calendar type, quantity, photos, budget | time for calm decisions and gathering material |
| by 31 October 2026 | design, corrections, approval, order | the best moment – no queue, no stress |
| by 14 November 2026 | the last safe ordering date | leaves margin for delivery and handing out before Christmas |
| late November – December 2026 | handing out to clients, posting | the calendar reaches the recipient before they buy another |
| after Christmas | still possible, but… | some recipients already have a 2027 calendar on the wall |
The main reason not to wait until December lies not with the printer, but with the recipient. A wall calendar hangs wherever the first one gets hung. If a client receives a calendar from another company in November, yours will end up in a drawer in January.
Printing a run of a few hundred calendars takes a few working days. What usually takes longest is the design: choosing photos, checking dates, approval by several people in the company. So plan your timeline backwards from the date you hand them out.
Types of corporate calendar and prices
Three-month wall calendar – a classic for offices, workshops and wholesalers. A header with logo and contact details, three month grids with a sliding marker for the current day. It hangs in view all year, which is why B2B firms order it most. We quote it from a description: quantity, header size, type of grids; see three-month calendars.
Single-panel and wall calendars – one header and one grid, or a poster calendar with 12 pages and photos. Good when a company has attractive photos of its projects, products or local area. Quoted from a description – single-panel and wall calendars.
Desk tent calendar – it stands on the desk, in front of your client's employee all day. A 200 × 130 mm tent calendar in 300 g board with full-colour print costs approx. €28 net for 50 (approx. €0.56 each) and approx. €36 net for 100 (approx. €0.36 each). The cheapest way to keep your logo on a client's desk all year; more on the desk and tent calendars page.
Desk pad with calendar – a large desk pad with tear-off sheets for notes. An A3 desk pad with 26 sheets is approx. €200 net for 100, an A2 desk pad with 26 sheets approx. €320 net for 50. Works well in customer service offices and companies where people take lots of notes on the phone.

What a calendar must have, and what spoils the effect
A good corporate calendar has:
- the company logo and name in a visible place, but not taking up half the surface,
- one or two contact details – phone and web address; a full list of services on the header is too much,
- a clear grid with public holidays and days off marked for the country where it will hang,
- artwork or photos that will not become tiresome after a month.
Common mistakes we fix before printing:
- Phone photos at too low a resolution for a large format.
- No bleed – on a poster calendar a white frame is left at the edges. More in our guide to print bleed.
- A grid from the previous year, or with movable holidays marked wrongly.
- The brand colour prepared in RGB, which comes out differently in print.
A technical file check is always done before production, included in the order price. If you need the whole design, our studio will prepare it.
How to order calendars without stress
- Decide how many calendars of each type you need. Count your clients and add a margin for new ones.
- Collect the logo as a vector, contact details and photos.
- Send an enquiry with the type, quantity and the date the calendars must be ready.
- You receive a design or checked file for approval.
- After approval we print and deliver by courier or our own transport across the EU, or prepare them for collection in Wieluń.
If calendars are to go directly to clients at different addresses, we can pack and dispatch them – all we need is the address list.
