The dates in the last column leave time for design, corrections, printing and delivery. Printing itself normally takes approx. 3 working days, but in November and December it is best to book your slot earlier. Corporate calendars and Christmas gifts have their own rhythm; see corporate calendars – when to order.
Black Friday and sales – the shop has to shout the price
With sales, everything revolves around one piece of information: how much the customer saves. We make materials so that number can be seen from a distance and at several points on the customer's route through the shop.
- Window – a large '−30%' or 'Black Friday' in vinyl, visible from across the street. For short promotions we recommend Easy Dot film or another repositionable vinyl (approx. €11–19 net per m²) – it goes on without bubbles and comes off cleanly after the promotion.
- Entrance – an A-board or roller banner with the main offer.
- Floor – floor graphics with arrows leading to the promotion area, with anti-slip laminate (approx. €19–30 net per m²).
- Shelves – shelf stoppers and wobblers at the reduced products. Printed HIPS is approx. €16–24 net per m² plus cutting.
- Till – a small stand with an impulse product, or a flyer with a code for the next purchase.
For retail chains there is logistics as well: we pack kits separately for each site and ship them to multiple addresses – kitting approx. €3.30 net per site, multi-point dispatch approx. €2.80 net per site. In-store materials in general are covered in POS materials.

Christmas – window, interior and gifts
For many shops and services the run-up to Christmas is the most important few weeks of the year, and the window is the best advertising space you have.
Window. Vinyl decorations (snowflakes, lettering, festive motifs) are plotter-cut or printed on clear vinyl (approx. €7–14 net per m²). If the graphic needs to be visible from both sides of the glass, double-sided window stickers work well. Frosted film gives a frost effect on glass.
Interior. Framed posters, garlands and bunting with your logo, a festive face in a light box with changeable graphics.
Gifts for clients and partners. Boxed sets with an engraved logo (e.g. a pen and keyring, 50 sets from approx. €6 net each), mugs, calendars, printed sweets. Order gifts in October – by December only the expensive express options are left.
Cards and vouchers. Christmas cards with your logo and gift vouchers are a good way to remind customers you exist, and a voucher also brings in new ones.

How not to buy everything again every season
The biggest cost difference comes from choosing displays with changeable graphics. You buy the hardware once and change only the print each season.
- A-board with a snap frame. A double-sided A1 A-board is from approx. €90 net, and a new poster for it approx. €12 net. Changing it takes a minute.
- Premium roller banner with a replaceable cassette. A new graphic for an 85 × 200 cm roller banner is approx. €21 net instead of buying a whole new unit.
- SEG fabric frames. A 100 × 230 cm module with graphic from approx. €160 net, a replacement graphic from approx. €65 net. The fabric folds up and can be kept in a drawer.
- Ultra-slim light box with changeable graphics. A1 size from approx. €165 net – in the shop you change the backlit poster every season. Such light boxes are available in the LedMeSee shop (shop.ledmesee.com).
- Repositionable window films. Peel off after the promotion, with no scraping of the glass.
For chains that repeat the same promotions every year we can store the finished materials – graphic storage costs approx. €26 net per pallet per month.
The most common mistakes in seasonal campaigns
- Ordering at the last minute. In November everyone wants everything yesterday. Express is possible (approx. 40% of the print value), but giving the date earlier usually avoids it.
- Decorations left up after the season. A Christmas window in mid-January or a Black Friday poster in December tells customers nobody is minding the details. Set the removal date in advance.
- Too much at once. Five different promotions in one window amount to no promotion. One main offer, legible from the street.
- One graphic in store, another online. The promotion on social media and in the window should look the same – the customer should recognise it instantly. The online campaign is usually run by a marketing agency or the owner, and we adapt the same visual for print.
- No measurement. A separate discount code for the window, the flyer and online will show what is worth repeating next year.
