A recruitment agency advertises on two fronts at once. On one side it is looking for people, quickly and to a deadline, because a client has asked for dozens of workers from Monday. On the other it sells a service to companies, which judge it by the proposal in its folder and by how the minibus pulling up at their gate looks. Recruitment material changes every few weeks; brand material every few years. So we advise keeping them apart: do the permanent items (fascia, vehicle wraps, branded roll-up) properly and for years, and print specific vacancies on cheap, swappable media.
More and more candidates come from other countries, so we produce leaflets, posters and induction booklets in several language versions. You supply the translation; we set all versions in one layout and print them together. How packing and dispatch work for a network of locations is described in our guide [shipping material to multiple stores](/poradnik/wysylka-do-wielu-sklepow).
1. Branch: fascia, window, vacancies
An agency branch is often a small ground-floor unit on a busy street. Candidates should find it without satnav, and vacancies should be visible from the pavement outside office hours too. We apply the logo and contact details to the window permanently and leave space for swappable vacancy posters.
- Fascia sign above the entrance→UV-printed aluminium composite approx. €35–55 net per m², or a light box if the branch is on a street people walk home along after dark.
- Window graphics with logo and contact details→Printed vinyl approx. €6–12 net per m². Leave blank panels in it for vacancy posters so you do not have to tape them to the glass.
- Posters with current vacancies→10 A2 posters approx. €28 net. Change them every week without touching the window graphics.
- A-board outside the entranceDouble-sided A1 from approx. €90 net. The poster in the snap frame takes a minute to change, so the A-board always shows the current campaign.

2. Recruiting out in the field
Advertising works best where the people you are looking for are: on approach roads to industrial estates, on factory fences, on noticeboards in smaller towns. Nobody reads job requirements on a banner from a car. Job title, one hard fact (pay rate, transport, accommodation) and a big phone number.
- “Now hiring” fence banners→510 g laminated banner approx. €6–11 net per m², enough for a campaign lasting several months. A 4 × 1 m banner is approx. €45 net (4 m² × approx. €11).
- Billboard poster→Blueback paper for a standard 504 × 238 cm billboard (about 12 m² × approx. €5) is approx. €60 net for the print alone. You arrange rental of the site with its owner.
- Leaflets and folded leaflets→To hand out at stations, job centres and local events. 1,000 DL leaflets approx. €90 net.
3. Job fairs and open days
At a job fair an agency stand sits next to a dozen others. The one that wins says from a distance who you are looking for, not just what you are called. The same kit works for open days at clients’ sites and at vocational schools.
- Roll-up banner with the key roles→100 × 200 cm with graphic and bag from approx. €65 net. It is worth having two: one with the brand, one with current vacancies.
- Backdrop and counter for the stand→300 × 230 cm pop-up fabric backdrop from approx. €400 net, folding counter with graphics from approx. €210 net. It all fits in one car.

4. Minibuses and workers on client sites
A minibus that pulls up at a factory every morning is advertising seen by hundreds of people, some of whom know others looking for work. A worker in an agency T-shirt with an ID badge is easy for the client’s supervisor to spot. And a booklet with the rules, transport and contacts in the worker’s own language saves coordinators dozens of phone calls.
- Minibus wraps→Cast vinyl with laminate. The sides and rear of a minibus, about 6 m² (6 × approx. €24 + laminate 6 × approx. €8), come to approx. €195 net for the print; installation is charged separately.
- ID badges on lanyards→Personalised with name and photo. 100 badges 90 × 50 mm approx. €60 net.
- T-shirts and sweatshirts with the agency logo→A4 print on a T-shirt at 50–99 pcs approx. €2.35 net, on a sweatshirt approx. €4 net.
- Induction booklet for new starters→Rules, transport, contacts, the client’s health and safety rules. A5 booklet, 16 pages, 500 copies approx. €240 net; language versions are printed in one order.
5. Material for business clients
A plant manager or HR manager receives proposals from several agencies. A folder with a well-printed proposal, left after the meeting, then sits on the desk for weeks.
- Presentation folders→A4 on 350 g board with matt lamination, 100 folders approx. €135 net, 500 approx. €270 net.
6. Several branches at once
With a branch network, logistics eats most of the time: who got what, whether the posters arrived before the campaign started, whether the sign colours in two cities match. We print the whole campaign in one batch, from the same files, and pack it separately for each address.
- Material packs for every branch→Kitting approx. €3.30 net per location, picking and dispatch approx. €2.80 net per location. Each branch gets its own set, with a packing list.
- Matching signs at every location→Same material, same file, same colour. We can install with our own crews or with partner installers across the EU.

From our experience — what to watch out for
- Fit no more than three things on a recruitment banner: job title, one hard fact and the phone number. The digits should be the biggest element after the job title.
- Only hang a banner on someone else’s fence with the owner’s consent, and next to a road ask the highway authority about the rules. How to hang a banner so it survives the wind: [our guide to fence banners](/poradnik/jak-powiesic-baner-na-ogrodzeniu).
- Do not print specific vacancies on rigid boards or window vinyl. A poster in an A-board frame costs a few euros to replace; a board has to be thrown away.
- Have every language version checked by someone who knows the language. We print exactly what we receive, and an error in 1,000 leaflets costs more than proofreading.
- Put the recruitment number and website on the minibus, not just the logo. It stands outside a factory every day where people work who know others looking for a job.
