A factory doesn't need to attract customers from the street, but it has other needs: a lorry driver must find the right gate, an office visitor reception, a new employee the changing room and their workstation. On top of that the hall can be huge, and lettering on it can be seen from the motorway – cheap advertising among future employees and partners. When recruiting, a well-signed, tidy plant makes a difference.
The other side is the product itself. Manufacturers order labels, branded packing tape, operating manuals and trade fair materials from us, and R&D orders prototypes from 3D printers and scans of existing parts. These are recurring orders, so we make sure colours and formats stay consistent between orders. For several plants in different towns we produce all the signage in one place and split it into shipments or installations.
1. Hall facade, gate and entrance
Lettering on a hall must be readable from the road, which means large. On tall sandwich-panel facades we most often make dibond letters or a light box with a routed face, fixed to the structure rather than just the panel skin. At the gate a pylon with the company name and a sign for drivers help – every time a driver gets lost on site, the loading bay waits.
- 3D logo letters for the hall facade→Visible from afar, including from the motorway. Non-illuminated dibond letters start from approx. €16 net per character at 30 cm high; each extra 10 cm adds approx. €11.
- Pylon or totem at the entrance gate→Company name, gate number, sometimes the logos of other companies on the same site. An illuminated version helps drivers at night and in winter.
- Driver sign with site plan and loading bay numbers→Where to report, which way to drive, which bay is for loading and which for unloading. UV-printed dibond, on legs or on the fence by the gatehouse.

2. Internal signage and floors
A plant signage system covers numbering of halls and doors, zones, directions to changing rooms, offices and canteen, and door signs. We start with a survey and a list of every sign, then a design in one style, and finally production and installation. The colours of floor lines and markings are set by the health and safety team according to site rules – we choose vinyl with anti-slip laminate that will withstand the traffic.
- Plant wayfinding system→One sign list, one style, one installation crew. On-site survey from approx. €85 net, refunded with the production order.
- Hall floor markings and graphics→Arrows, bays, workstation numbers, pedestrian walkway markings. Vinyl with R10 laminate isn't slippery and resists abrasion.
- Door signs for offices, changing rooms and plant rooms→Acrylic on stand-offs in the office, PVC or dibond in the hall. When things change, individual signs are replaced, not the whole system.
- Wall graphics in reception, canteen and meeting room→Company history, product photos, a site map, values. Certified wallpaper is suitable for rooms where people work.
3. Product, packaging and documentation
These are repeat orders, so it's worth setting them up once: label format, tape colour, manual layout. We print labels on rolls for printers and applicators, and branded packing tape by flexo in Pantone colours. Manuals and product sheets are made as booklets or folded leaflets.
- Product and logistics labels→On rolls or sheets, laminated or not. We match the adhesive to the packaging – different for cardboard, film or metal.
- Branded packing tape→Secures the parcel and says at once who it's from. 36 rolls of 48 mm × 60 m printed in three colours cost approx. €290 net.
- Operating manuals, product sheets, training materials→A stapled A5 booklet, 16 pages, in a run of 500 costs approx. €240 net. For language versions we print short runs of each.

4. Product development and trade fairs
The design office often needs a physical model fast, and sales staff need something to show at trade fairs. We have a 3D printer farm, including large-format machines, and a professional 3D scanner, so we can scan an existing part, prepare the model and print a prototype. For trade fairs we build stands that assemble without tools.
- 3D-printed prototypes and models→A model for an assembly test, a scale model of a machine, a piece for the stand. Print time on a standard printer is approx. €14 net per hour plus material.
- 3D scanning of parts and moulds→When drawings for an old part are missing or a shape has to be recreated. We turn the scan into a model ready for printing or further processing.
- Trade fair stand→Fabric wall, counter and backlit frames with products. We replace the graphics for the next fair; the structure stays.
5. Employees
Branded clothing and ID badges bring order to shift work and auditor visits. Companies that recruit a lot also order T-shirts for open days and job fairs.
- Branded T-shirts and sweatshirts→An A4 print on T-shirts from 100 pieces costs approx. €1.90 net per item. Also works well as a gift for staff on a company anniversary.
- ID badges and lanyards for staff and visitors→A different lanyard colour for employees, visitors and contractors makes access control on site easier.

To start with — an indicative package
An example: a plant tidying up its signage after an extension – lettering on the new hall, internal signs, floor and packing tape. Prices from our price list.
| Dibond letters h = 60 cm (€16 + 3 × €11 per character), 10 characters | from approx. €490 net |
| Internal signs in 3 mm dibond with UV print | approx. €35–55 net / m² |
| Floor vinyl with R10 laminate | approx. €19–30 net / m² |
| Branded packing tape, 36 rolls 48 mm × 60 m | approx. €290 net |
| On-site survey and inventory | from approx. €85 net |
| Cherry picker work up to 18 m, with operator | from approx. €230 net / day |
Indicative net prices; an exact quote follows a short description, photos of the facade and a hall plan. Fixing letters to sandwich panels requires checking the structure – we do this during the survey.
From our experience — what to watch out for
- Choose the letter height for the distance it will be read from. 30 cm lettering on a hall visible from the road looks like a door plate.
- Don't hang letters directly on sandwich panel skin without checking the fixings. We specify anchors and a sub-frame during the survey.
- Make a list of every sign before ordering the wayfinding system. Adding signs one at a time each month ends in mismatched colours and typefaces.
- Test labels on your own printer and packaging. We ask for a sample of the carton or film before you order the full run.
- Keep a fixed Pantone colour for branded packing tape. Every delivery then looks the same and customers recognise the parcel at once.
