Banner prices per m²: where a quote starts
With a banner, the price depends mainly on two things: the material we print on and how many square metres are in the order. The design, the number of colours or photos in the artwork do not change the print price, because we print in full colour and you pay for the area.
Below are the rates from our retail price list. They are net prices per m², including cutting to size, welded hems and eyelets every 50 cm.
Rates per m² by material and quantity
| Material | 1–4 m² | 5–15 m² | 16–49 m² | 50–99 m² | 100+ m² |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Laminated banner 510 g (up to 12 months) | €11 | €8 | €7 | €6 | €6 |
| Strong banner 440 g | €12 | €8 | €7 | €7 | €6 |
| Coated banner 510 g (2–3 years) | €13 | €9 | €8 | €7 | €7 |
| Black-back banner 550 g | €16 | €12 | €10 | €10 | €9 |
| Mesh 270 g | €13 | €9 | €8 | €7 | €7 |
| Reinforced mesh 370 g | €17 | €13 | €11 | €10 | €10 |
| Blockout 650 g, double-sided print | €24 | €17 | €15 | €14 | €13 |
Our best seller is the 510 g coated banner. It costs a little more than laminated, but lasts 2–3 years outdoors and holds large flat colour areas better. Laminated is for seasonal campaigns, elections and sales, where the banner hangs for a few months. If you are not sure which material fits, see which banner material to choose.

Sample quotes step by step
To show how it works in practice, here are a few typical orders priced from the list:
- Fence banner 3 × 1 m, coated 510 g. Area 3 m², band 1–4 m², rate approx. €13. 3 × €13 = approx. €39 net.
- Banner 4 × 2 m for a warehouse, coated 510 g. 8 m², band 5–15 m², rate approx. €9. 8 × €9 = approx. €72 net.
- Banner 3 × 1 m for an election campaign, laminated 510 g. 3 m² × approx. €11 = approx. €33 net.
- Reinforced mesh 370 g for scaffolding, 10 × 5 m. 50 m², band 50–99 m², rate approx. €10. 50 × €10 = approx. €500 net, with top and bottom pole pockets included.
- Small banner 1 × 1 m. The list gives approx. €13, but our minimum order value is approx. €24 net. For such a small size it pays to add a second banner or another small item to the same order.
One pattern stands out: an 8 m² banner does not cost twice as much as a 4 m² one. The rate per metre drops as the area grows, so several banners ordered together cost less than the same banners ordered separately month by month.
What is included and what costs extra
The price per m² includes:
- full-colour UV print: up to 3.2 m wide we print in one piece, without joins,
- cutting to size,
- welded hems (approx. 3 cm fold) to stop the banner fraying,
- rust-proof eyelets every 50 cm around the edge,
- a technical check of the file before printing.
You pay extra for finishing beyond the standard and for additional services:
- eyelets every 25 cm: approx. €0.80 net per linear metre,
- reinforced eyelets with a backing patch: approx. €1.45/lm,
- 8–12 cm pole pocket for a pole or rope: approx. €2.35/lm; pocket with rope inside: approx. €4/lm,
- webbing reinforcement around the edge: approx. €3.05/lm (we recommend it for banners over 20 m²),
- welded seams joining panels for banners wider than 3.2 m: approx. €2.80/lm,
- a simple banner design: approx. €42 net (up to 2 rounds of changes); adapting an existing file to another size: approx. €13.
More on finishing in eyelets, pole pockets, hems: how to finish a banner.
One thing worth knowing: we add bleed and an allowance for finishing (hems, pockets, eyelets) to the area, and very small sizes are subject to a minimum print and finishing charge. That is why a small banner does not cost what a straight calculation of the square metres would suggest.

What pushes a banner's cost up and where you can save
From talking to clients, we know the price is most often pushed up not by the banners themselves but by rush and revisions.
Deadline. Our standard turnaround for a banner is about 3 working days. 24-hour express is possible, because UV inks need no drying time, but it costs about 40% extra on the print value and the files must be correct by 12:00.
File. If your logo only exists as a small JPG from the internet, it has to be redrawn as a vector (approx. €26). Better to look for the file from the designer who created the logo. How to prepare the artwork is covered in how to prepare a banner print file.
More material than you need. There is no point in blockout if the banner hangs on a wall and is only seen from one side. Then again, a laminated banner on a fence that is staying up for three years is a false economy: after a year it needs replacing anyway.
Delivery and installation. Banners roll up small, so they travel by courier anywhere in the EU, to the UK and worldwide. If our crew hangs them, add crew time (from approx. €42 net per hour, two people) and travel at approx. €1/km both ways from Wieluń. A fence banner is usually put up by the client with cable ties. For a facade or scaffolding, it is better to use someone with a cherry picker and the right qualifications.
