A phone shop is a small unit with a huge amount of small stock and offers that change every month: a new model, a contract deal, a case clearance, Black Friday. The window and walls have to keep up with that pace without looking like a noticeboard. That is why we recommend displays with changeable graphics: the frame stays, only the print changes.
Phone repair is the other half of the business and often the better-paid one. A customer comes in with a cracked screen, stressed, and wants to know quickly: how much, how long, will my data be safe. A clear price list and a proper booking-in system build more trust than any slogan. Stores in shopping centres and franchise outlets also have chain guidelines and installation hours set by the centre management, and we take care of that too.
1. Shop sign and window
In a shopping centre or on a high street, a phone shop competes with several similar outlets next door. The one whose offer is readable from a few metres wins. On the window, one big message works better than twenty small price stickers.
- Light box with the shop name above the entrance→Single-sided light box from approx. €320 net per m². In a shopping centre the management sets the dimensions and fixing method, and we work to their guidelines.
- Window graphics with the current promotion→Graphics on film that is easy to remove after the campaign. Printed monomeric vinyl approx. €6–12 net per m², so changing it every month doesn’t break the budget.
- Repair message on the glass by the door→‘Screen replacement while you wait’, ‘Repairs in 1 hour’. Cut vinyl lettering at eye level; this one line brings in more repair customers than anything else.

2. Sales floor
The walls of a phone shop are in practice hooks for cases, screen protectors and chargers. Somewhere among them there has to be room for the new model campaign. The till area holds the most small, fast-selling items, so a display there pays for itself quickest.
- Ultra-slim LED light box with changeable graphics→A thin frame on the wall or behind the counter. A1 from approx. €165 net, 100 × 200 cm from approx. €440. Slot in a new graphic in a minute.
- Hook display for cases and accessories→Printed PVC board in the shop colours with holes for hooks. Cases sorted by brand, so customers find their model themselves.
- Counter display by the till→For screen protectors, cables, earphones. In card for a short promotion or in acrylic for permanent use; we bend acrylic in-house.
- Wobblers and price tags by the display phones→Price, monthly instalment, ‘new’. Cut from HIPS and clipped to the shelf. When the promotion changes, you replace only these.
3. Repair counter
In repairs, order and trust are what count. The customer is leaving a phone with their whole life on it and wants a piece of paper that says they will get it back. A clear price list also cuts the number of ‘how much will it be’ calls.
- Repair price board→Dibond or acrylic by the counter: screen, battery, charging port replacement, with price ranges for popular models. The price column can be a changeable insert.
- Numbered booking-in slips→Pads with a copy or a tear-off tag to stick on the phone, consecutively numbered. Quicker than searching a notebook by surname.
- Service stickers and warranty seals→Small stickers with your logo and repair date, applied inside the housing or on the box. The customer knows where to come back if something goes wrong.

4. For customers
Phone lanyards are back in fashion and sell well. With the shop logo they also work as a free gift with a new phone or case, and then your name hangs round the customer’s neck every day.
- Phone lanyards with the shop logo→For sale or as a free gift with a new phone. Priced by quantity.
- Leaflets with repair prices and contract offers→DL leaflet to pick up from the counter or for letterboxes nearby. 1,000 pcs approx. €90 net.
5. Chains, franchises and shopping centre stores
With a dozen or several dozen outlets, the problem is not printing but logistics: every store has a different window, different light boxes and a different manager. We survey, prepare a list of display items for each outlet and pack a separate, labelled parcel with instructions for each store. Colours are matched to one master for the whole chain.
- Campaign kits packed per store→Posters, window film, wobblers and light box graphics in one parcel. Packing approx. €3.30 net, multi-drop shipping approx. €2.80 net per store.
- Rebrand rollout with a photo report→Replacing signage across the chain in stages, with a survey before and a photo after installation at every outlet.
- Installation at night and outside shopping centre hours→The crew goes in after closing, and in the morning the store opens with the new campaign. Night installation from approx. €65 net per hour.

From our experience — what to watch out for
- Don’t cover the whole window in small prices. From the street it is just a colourful blur; one promotion in a big typeface works better.
- Order light box and frame graphics for several campaigns ahead. Changing them takes a minute, and on launch day you don’t have to wait for a courier.
- Show price ranges for repairs, not a single figure. Customers will still ask about their model, but they know what to expect.
- In a shopping centre, get the management’s guidelines first: dimensions, materials, installation hours. A rejected design is a lost week.
- With several stores, keep one master file and adapt it to each outlet’s dimensions. Adapting a file costs approx. €13 net; a new design costs more.
