Taxi and passenger transport firms advertise mainly with what drives around town. The car is the work tool, the sign and the leaflet all at once. A passenger who had a good ride will call again, if the number is to hand. So two things work best in this trade: clear, consistent fleet branding and small items the customer takes home.
Taxis also come with regulations. In many cities the licensing authority prescribes the livery (stripe, crest, vehicle number, fare information); you check the requirements with the local authority and we adapt the design and materials to them. In private hire and passenger transport (airport transfers, weddings, staff shuttles) appearance counts instead: a clean minibus with a logo and a driver with an ID badge build trust with a customer who pays up front for the whole journey.
1. Car and minibus branding
The fleet should look the same on every vehicle, including when new cars in different colours join. So we keep the files and the colour standard, and every new car is branded from the same design. Minibuses add side windows and the rear; with that much surface area it is the cheapest billboard in town.
- Door and rear graphics: logo, phone number, vehicle number→Cast vinyl with polymeric laminate, resistant to automatic car washes. Partial branding takes a few hours per car, so the driver doesn’t lose a working day.
- Magnetic door signs for drivers using their own cars→Put on for the shift, taken off after work. 0.6 mm magnetic sheet with UV print, rounded corners included.
- One-way vision film on the minibus rear window→Full graphics with the phone number outside, while passengers can see the road normally from inside. Approx. €10–18 net per m².
- Information stickers inside and on the windows→Fares, card payment accepted, no smoking, vehicle number. Printed on easy-remove film for when the rates change.
- Print for the illuminated roof sign→We print backlit film with the wording and vehicle number that lets the light through evenly. Replacing a worn, faded print freshens up the car without buying a new roof sign.

2. Inside the car
The passenger sits in the back for a quarter of an hour with nothing to do. A good moment to tell them about the app, airport runs or wedding transport. One item on the headrest and a box of business cards in the door pocket are enough.
- Headrest hanger with a QR code for booking→Rigid HIPS hanger with a code to the app or a phone number and a list of services: airport, courier, transport for events.
- Business cards with the number in the door pocket→Passengers take a card when they are happy with the ride. 1,000 double-sided cards are approx. €25 net, less than a single online ad.
3. Office, dispatch and referral points
A transport firm’s office is usually small, but customers do come in: to pay for a transfer, collect an invoice, book transport for a group. A sign visible from the street is enough. Places where people look for transport matter more: hotels, restaurants, hospitals, stations.
- Light box or sign above the office entrance→Single-sided light box from approx. €320 net per m². For a 24-hour office, illumination makes sense.
- Acrylic business card holders for hotels and restaurants→A small branded holder stands at reception and is always full of cards. Receptionists happily recommend a firm whose number is right there.
- Roll-up banner for wedding fairs and meetings with businesses→Wedding transport and staff shuttles are sold at fairs and in clients’ offices. A 100 × 200 cm roll-up from approx. €65 net fits in a car boot.

4. Materials customers keep
People keep the taxi number in their phone, but older customers prefer it on the fridge. In this trade a fridge magnet with the number is one of the most effective adverts we know: cheap, stays up for years and is to hand just when someone needs to get to the doctor.
- Fridge magnets with your phone number→Rectangular 9 × 5 cm magnets from magnetic sheet. 500 pieces use approx. 2.25 m² of sheet, about €75 net, which works out at roughly 15 cents a magnet.
- Business cards and loyalty cards→A card stamped for every ride, with a free journey after the tenth. Printed on heavier board, with space for the stamp.
5. Transfers, weddings and staff shuttles
In pre-booked transport the customer pays for the whole service in advance and judges it from the first minute. A name board at the airport, a driver in a branded shirt with an ID badge, a tidy minibus: that is what sells the next booking from the same company or wedding couple.
- Meet-and-greet boards for airports and stations→A rigid PVC board with the company logo and space for the guest’s name, written in marker or printed for the specific booking.
- ID badges and lanyards for drivers→Name, photo, licence or vehicle number. 90 × 50 mm ID badges, 100 pcs approx. €60 net.
- Branded polo shirts or sweatshirts for drivers→Matching clothing turns a few drivers into a company. An A4 transfer print on a sweatshirt from 20 pcs is approx. €4 net each.

From our experience — what to watch out for
- Before ordering taxi livery, get the current livery specification from the licensing authority. Correcting a stripe or crest after an inspection costs more than getting it right first time.
- Put the phone number on the car in a large, plain typeface. A decorative font turns into a smudge from a few metres away.
- For leased or private cars, choose magnets or film that comes off cleanly. There will be no argument about the paint when the car goes back.
- Don’t leave magnetic signs on the doors overnight or take them through an automatic car wash. Remove them, wipe the back and the paintwork, and they will last a long time.
- Order the graphics for every new car in the fleet from the same file. We keep it on record, so colour and size will match exactly.
