A bridal shop sells emotion and trust, and the decision is usually made after several visits, in the company of a mother, a sister or friends. Everything the bride sees, from the sign through the fitting room to the business card she takes home, should speak in one calm voice. A loud banner or a cheap sticker can spoil the impression you build with gowns costing well over a thousand euros.
The second thing is privacy and photos. A bride doesn’t want someone at the bus stop watching her fitting, but she will happily take a photo in a beautiful corner of the shop and post it online. So we plan together: what should be visible from the street, what should stay screened, and where to put the wall where your clients will advertise you themselves.
1. Building front and window
In this trade less is more. Individual halo-lit letters on the wall look like a boutique; an acrylic light box looks like a phone shop. We leave the window with mannequins clear and screen the lower part, or the glazing by the fitting room, with frosted film with the logo cut out. On the door, ‘fittings by appointment’ with a phone number works well.
- Halo-lit 3D letters→Light reflects off the wall behind each letter, giving a soft, elegant effect in the evening too. From approx. €55 net per character at 30 cm high. We explain the differences in [illuminated 3D letters: front, side or halo](/poradnik/litery-3d-podswietlane-rodzaje).
- Frosted film on the lower window and by the fitting room→It screens what should stay inside while letting daylight in. We can cut out a logo or ornament so the glass looks sandblasted. Approx. €12–21 net per m².
- Door lettering: hours, ‘by appointment’, phone→Cut vinyl lettering with no background, in gold or white. A bride who finds the door closed knows straight away how to book.

2. Fitting room and interior
The interior should be a backdrop for the gowns, not compete with them. Light, calm wallpaper, one feature wall for photos and a few large prints from shoots in your gowns. A neon wall is now the most photographed spot in bridal shops: the bride takes a picture after choosing her dress and tags the shop on social media.
- LED neon lettering for the photo wall→A short phrase, the shop name or a slogan. Neon on a backing board up to 60 × 40 cm from approx. €210 net, up to 100 × 60 cm from approx. €350 net. It uses little power and doesn’t get hot.
- Wallpaper with a delicate pattern in the fitting room→Ornament, flowers, a fabric texture in ivory. Printed to the size of the wall; fire-rated non-woven wallpaper is approx. €15–25 net per m².
- Large canvas prints from your shoots→Photos of your gowns on location show how a dress looks on the wedding day, not on a hanger. Canvas stretched on a frame, ready to hang.
3. Wedding fairs and shows
For many bridal shops, wedding fairs are the main source of new clients for the whole season. The stand has to be light, quick to set up and look good in photos, because that is where most are taken. We recommend one large fabric backdrop instead of several random roll-ups: fabric doesn’t reflect the hall lighting and looks better behind a gown.
- Fabric backdrop for the stand→A 300 × 230 cm pop-up with graphic from approx. €400 net, set up in a few minutes and packed in a bag. The graphic can be replaced for the next season.
- Roll-up with the new collection→For the stand, a show at a restaurant or the shop entrance. Roll-up 85 × 200 cm from approx. €55 net.
- Promotional counter with graphics→Space for lookbooks, fitting bookings and a few refreshments. Complete from approx. €210 net, graphic replacement alone from approx. €60 net.

4. Print for the bride
The bride leaves the shop with something in her hand and shows it at home to her mother and fiancé. A collection lookbook and a business card with a special finish remind her of you over the following weeks of deciding. Don’t economise on paper here: heavy board and foil blocking make a difference she can feel in her fingers.
- Collection catalogue or lookbook→Saddle-stitched A4, 16 pages on 170 g matt coated paper: 100 copies approx. €220 net, 500 copies approx. €490 net. For a new collection, just replace the photos.
- Business cards with the next fitting date→Space on the back for the date and time of the appointment. 500 standard cards approx. €15 net.
- Foil blocking, raised 3D varnish and embossing→On business cards, show invitations and vouchers. Finishes are priced by design and quantity.
- Collection show invitations and gift vouchers→A voucher for a gown or accessories makes a good present from parents or the maid of honour. Printed numbered, in an elegant envelope.
5. Dress collection and accessories
Collecting the dress is the last impression you leave. The branded cover then travels to the shoot, the hairdresser and the venue, where every bridesmaid sees it. A veil, bolero or jewellery in a branded box looks like a gift, not shopping.
- Branded dress cover→A long zipped bag with a printed logo. We have our own sewing room, so we match the size to your gowns; quoted individually.
- Boxes for veils and accessories→Printed folding box 155 × 110 × 50 mm: 100 pcs approx. €210 net. Larger sizes for veils are quoted by dimensions.

From our experience — what to watch out for
- Before ordering window film, stand on the pavement in the evening with the shop lights on. Only then can you see what is really visible from the street.
- Put the photo wall where the light is good and even. A neon in a dark corner makes a nice photo of the neon, not of the bride.
- Order wedding fair materials a few weeks ahead. Before the fair season all exhibitors order at the same time.
- Keep one colour palette and one typeface across the sign, lookbook, business card and dress cover. In this trade, variety looks accidental.
- Send photos for the catalogue and canvases at full resolution. An image downloaded from social media is not good enough for large-format print.
