When one-off orders stop being enough
As long as you order a banner once every six months, a separate quote each time makes sense. The situation changes when several of these signs appear:
- the same products come back in successive campaigns (window film, posters, roller banners, flyers),
- materials go to many locations, branches or sales reps,
- each order needs approval from purchasing, and that takes longer than production itself,
- colour and finishing must be identical in every series,
- urgent reprints come up that have to be done overnight.
Then a framework agreement brings order to the relationship: purchasing approves the terms once, and marketing orders within them. It does not have to be a thick document – sometimes a few-page agreement with a price schedule is enough.
Framework price list: products, tiers, indexation
The heart of the agreement is the price schedule. Ideally it covers:
- A product list with specifications – material, weight, finishing, e.g. 510 g coated banner, welded hems, eyelets every 50 cm. Without a specification a price means nothing.
- Quantity tiers – in large format printing the price per m² falls with quantity. An example from our retail price list: 510 g coated banner costs approx. €13 net/m² for 1–4 m² and approx. €7 net/m² for 100 m² and more.
- Additional services – design, adapting a file to another format, packing, kitting per location, installation.
- An indexation rule – materials and transport get more expensive. It is better to agree up front how and when the price list may change (e.g. once a year, with notice) than to renegotiate mid-campaign.
The prices published on our website are indicative. We prepare a framework price list based on the client's actual volume and product range.

Lead times, express and production capacity
Clauses on lead times should reflect how production really works. With us, standard is about 3 working days, 24-hour express printing is possible thanks to UV inks that need no drying time, and large projects are planned at about 14 days plus transport.
In the agreement it is worth specifying:
- Standard lead time counted from file approval, not from sending the enquiry.
- Express terms – the surcharge (with us on average about 40%) and the time by which a correct file must arrive.
- The campaign calendar – if you know campaign dates in advance, share them. We reserve capacity for specific dates, and then express is needed less often.
- Delivery windows – when locations can accept goods.
More on realistic lead times in our guide print turnaround times and 24h express.
- 01Brief
Description, sizes, site photos and deadline — a few sentences are enough.
- 02Design and quote
Our designers prepare artwork or a visualisation and you get a price.
- 03Approval
You approve the design; for brand colours we provide a proof.
- 04Production
35+ machines in our own plant in Poland: 3.2 m UV print, CNC, laser, 3D, sewing.
- 05Installation or delivery
Own crews and vehicles across Europe, partner network, couriers worldwide.
Quality standard, master samples and complaints
With regular orders most disputes concern colour and consistency. The solution is simple: an approved master sample for each key product. Later series are compared against it, not against memory or a screen. We describe this in more detail in our guide on colour quality control in series production.
It is also worth writing into the agreement:
- how and within what time a complaint is raised (photos, description, order number),
- what counts as a defect and what is within tolerance (e.g. permitted size deviations),
- the remedy – reprint, replacement, discount,
- product warranties where relevant (e.g. we give 24 months on illuminated light boxes).
Legal clauses – liability, penalties, governing law – are always worth reviewing with your own lawyer. We advise on how to describe the production side so that it is workable.
- 24 hexpress printing (UV inks need no drying)
- approx. 3 daysstandard lead time
- up to 14 dayslarge and custom projects with installation
Plus courier delivery. Tell us your date — we plan production around it.
Storage, shipping and reporting
| Service | Our price | When it is useful |
|---|---|---|
| Storage of client graphics | approx. €26 / pallet / month | Rotating campaigns, stock for reprints |
| Kitting a set per location | approx. €3.30 / location | Campaign sets for stores |
| Picking and multi-address shipping | approx. €2.80 / location (plus postage) | Distribution to locations |
| Packing on a roll or in a tube | approx. €4.20 each | Banners, posters without creases |
| Palletising with stretch wrap | approx. €19 each | Boards, large runs |
Then there is reporting: what was sent, where, when and with which tracking number, and for installation – photos of the completed work. Details in our guides storage and on-demand shipping and shipping to many stores, and on the product side – packing and multi-address shipping.
Confidentiality, white label and NDAs
Agencies and companies ahead of a product launch often need designs not to leak before the campaign date. We sign non-disclosure agreements with agencies and clients if they wish – as a separate NDA or as a clause in the framework agreement.
For agencies white label also matters: shipping in neutral packaging without our logo, documents and approval materials without our branding, and installation crews working on the agency's behalf. We describe this in our guide white label printing explained and on the page for advertising agencies.
We agree framework terms with companies from Poland and other European countries – we handle correspondence and documents in 14 languages and deliver materials with our own transport or by courier. Specific terms are always matched to volume; the prices in this text are indicative and we confirm them once you contact us.
