Print once, ship many times: how it works
The model is simple and works the same way in any sector:
- You define the range – e.g. catalogues, flyers, roller banners for sales reps, seasonal posters, welcome packs.
- We print the run, usually for several months, at a better price tier than small batches.
- The materials go into storage with a description: name, version, number of pieces or cartons.
- A branch or rep requests materials – by email or via a person at head office who collects orders.
- We pick, pack and ship to the address given, and the stock level is reduced by the quantity issued.
- We report shipments and stock, and when stock falls to the agreed minimum we let you know it is time to reprint.
For you this means one invoice for printing and one for storage and shipping, and for branches delivery in a few days instead of waiting for a new print run.
When it is cheaper to print more and store it
Not always. Storage costs money, and material can go out of date before it is issued. Let us show this with figures from our price list.
Example: a chain needs about 4 m² of posters on 170 g satin paper every month. Ordered separately each month: 12 × 4 m² × approx. €11 = approx. €530 net a year, plus 12 separate deliveries. Printed once (48 m², the 16–49 m² tier): 48 × approx. €7 = approx. €340 net. The difference is about €190.
But if these posters take up a whole pallet for 12 months, storage comes to 12 × approx. €26 = approx. €310 – and the saving disappears. The calculation turns around when:
- one pallet holds materials for several campaigns or several departments,
- the run is large and falls into lower tiers (e.g. 100+ m²),
- the material moves quickly – you store it for 2–3 months, not a year,
- each separate production run would also mean a separate design, approval and transport.
It does not pay to store materials with prices, promotion dates or content that changes every quarter. That is the most common mistake: a big catalogue run that goes for pulping after six months.

Orders from sales reps and branches
Most problems are not in the warehouse but in who orders and how. A few rules work well:
- One product list with names, codes and photos – so a rep does not write those flyers from last time.
- Allowances or head office approval – a branch orders within its allocation, or each order is confirmed by someone at head office.
- A fixed order format – an email or spreadsheet with the code, quantity, address and the date the materials must arrive.
- Fixed shipping days – e.g. twice a week. Easier to plan, and individual urgent orders can still be handled separately.
For sets made up of several items (e.g. a catalogue, a price list, merchandise and a letter) we assemble them before dispatch – more in our guide kitting explained. A framework price list and ordering rules are most conveniently set out in a framework agreement with a printer.

Stock levels and reports
| Report element | Why |
|---|---|
| Stock of each item (pieces, cartons, pallets) | You know what is available immediately |
| Issues: date, address, quantity, tracking number | Control of who received what, and a basis for cross-charging between departments |
| Minimum level and reprint alert | Reprints ordered in time, not after the fact |
| Items with no movement for a long time | Decision: ship, dispose of, or stop printing |
| Material version | We do not ship an old version when a new one exists |
We send the report at an agreed frequency, e.g. once a month and after every larger dispatch. For retail chain campaigns we combine it with the distribution report described in our network rollout with reporting service.

Neutral (white label) shipping to agency clients
For advertising agencies, storage and on-demand shipping have extra value: the agency orders a run for its client, and we ship the materials directly to the client's branches – in neutral packaging, without our logo and without documents bearing our name in the parcel. For B2B partners neutral packing is included in the price.
The recipient sees only the agency's or the client's own brand. If materials need installing, our crews work on the agency's behalf without our branding. We sign an NDA on request. More in our guide white label printing explained and on the page for advertising agencies.
Transport in Europe: own vehicles, couriers, dedicated delivery
Our warehouse is in Wieluń, in central Poland, and from there we ship in three modes:
- Courier – parcels and tubes to branches in Poland and abroad, the simplest for individual issues. We ship worldwide.
- Our own vehicles – they travel across Europe every day; we deliver materials to clients throughout the EU and to the UK. Useful for pallets, large format materials and deliveries combined with installation.
- Dedicated courier – when material must arrive at a specific time, e.g. for a trade show or a store opening.
For shipping we pack graphics on a roll or in a tube (approx. €4.20 net each), and boards and larger runs on a pallet with stretch wrap (approx. €19 net per pallet). Labelling parcels from an address list costs approx. €0.10 net each. All prices are indicative; we prepare an exact quote for storage and shipping once we know the range and order rhythm. You can contact us in 14 languages – write in yours and we will reply in the same. Service details: packing and multi-address shipping.
