Reception: a 3D logo and a wall that says something
Reception is the first place a guest, job candidate or courier sees. Most often the focus is a 3D logo on the wall behind the desk.
- Non-illuminated letters and logo in Dibond or acrylic, CNC-routed, on stand-offs – from approx. €16 net per character at 30 cm high.
- Front-lit letters from approx. €46 net per character, halo-lit from approx. €55 net – a stronger effect, but power must be run to them. We describe the differences in our guide illuminated 3D letters: types.
- A company history wall – a timeline, photos from the early years, a map of branches. It can be made as photo wallpaper, as Dibond panels or as a fabric graphic in a frame.
From experience: a reception logo looks good when it has light. If the desk is under a window and the logo wall is in shadow, even nice letters get lost. Then either illumination or a contrasting background colour.
Film for glass meeting room walls
Glass meeting room walls are convenient for the architect and a problem for users: no privacy, and people walk into the glass. Film solves both problems at once.
- Frosted film – a sandblasted glass effect, approx. €12–21 net/m². Usually a band at eye level, e.g. 80–160 cm from the floor, with the rest left clear.
- Cut vinyl patterns – the logo, the room name, stripes in brand colours. Cutting costs approx. €1.40 net per linear metre of cut line.
- Printed clear film – a colourful graphic that lets light through, approx. €7–14 net/m².
- Grey-adhesive film – full blackout when the room needs to be dark, e.g. for projection.
Marking glass also matters for safety – a band or pattern at eye level makes the glass visible. Prices and fitting are covered in more detail in our guide frosted window film for offices.

Open-plan areas: wall graphics and photo wallpaper
| Medium | Price approx. | When to choose |
|---|---|---|
| Wall sticker, printed monomeric vinyl | €6–12/m² | Smooth walls, smaller formats, shorter periods |
| Vinyl with air channels (easy fitting) | €11–19/m² | Larger graphics, bubble-free fitting |
| Smooth non-woven photo wallpaper (B-s1,d0) | €15–25/m² | Whole walls, offices in buildings with fire safety requirements |
| Washable vinyl photo wallpaper | €18–29/m² | Corridors, kitchens, places where walls get dirty |
| Textured laminate for photo wallpaper | approx. €10/m² extra | Canvas or sand effect, less sheen |
Photo wallpaper is more convenient for whole walls, vinyl for logos, slogans and graphics on part of a wall. A sticker on a freshly painted wall is a common mistake: the paint must cure properly, usually a few weeks, otherwise the vinyl can take the paint with it when removed. A comparison of wallpaper types is in our guide non-woven, vinyl or fabric wallpaper, and examples in the wall graphics and decoration category.
Printed acoustic panels: quiet and decoration in one
In open-plan offices, meeting rooms and canteens the most common complaint is reverberation. An acoustic panel dampens the room, and with a print it also becomes a graphic in company colours – instead of grey squares on the wall you have a photo, a pattern or a map.
We print on decorative or acoustic fabric (approx. €19–30 net/m²) and on SEG graphics with a silicone edge that slides into a frame (approx. €16–27 net/m² in UV print). With SEG frames the graphic is replaced without taking down the frame – after a change of identity a new fabric is all you need. Material certificates are supplied on request.
How well the panel dampens sound depends on its filling and area, not on the print. If the office is really noisy, it is worth having an acoustician plan the panel layout – we will match the graphics and production. More about the products: printed acoustic panels.

Signage for rooms, zones and doors
A consistent office also means signage. Meeting room names, room numbers, directions to the kitchen and exits, quiet zones and meeting zones – all of this can be done in the same colours as the logo.
- Plates in 3 mm clear acrylic with UV print – approx. €43–60 net/m² of material, on steel stand-offs (approx. €2.35 net each with fitting).
- Plates in 3 mm Dibond – approx. €35–55 net/m².
- Room names cut from vinyl directly on the glass.
Practical tip: leave room for changes in the plate system. The name on an office door changes more often than the logo, so a replaceable insert is better than printing everything on the panel. Details in our guide door signs and office signage.
How to carry out the work without disrupting the office
- Survey and photos – we measure walls, glass and logo positions; for a larger scope we prepare a visualisation.
- Design and approval – graphics fitted to the dimensions, with an allowance for installation.
- Production – normally about 3 working days, larger sets up to about 14 days.
- Installation after hours or at the weekend – we apply vinyl and graphics without dust or noise, and non-woven photo wallpaper does not need long airing. Out-of-hours installation is charged from approx. €65 net per hour, standard hours from approx. €42 net per hour for a two-person crew.
- In phases – one floor or zone at a time if the office cannot close.
We work with offices and coworking spaces – see also our page for office buildings and coworking.
