Instruction manuals, warranty cards, training scripts and school teaching aids are usually printed in large quantities, often in mono, and always for a fixed date. We print them digitally, fold them by machine, and assemble them so they go straight onto the product packing line or into training rooms.

Manual folded to box size
A sheet folded exactly to packaging size. We choose the format so it doesn't stick out or unfold inside the box.
Training script and workbook
A booklet with space for notes, often in several versions for different groups. Can carry the participant's name on the cover.
Worksheets and teaching aids
Single sheets or sets for whole classes. For reusable aids we recommend heavier paper or lamination.
Technical documentation
A4 and A3 mono printing, plus drawings folded to A4, ready to go into a binder.

The price of manuals and scripts depends on page count, mono or colour printing, folded format, folding method and run size. If materials are going onto a packing line, we also factor in banding into bundles — we quote after a brief. Indicative figure for a typical order:

Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

Can you fold the manual to fit our box?
Yes. Give us the inside dimensions of the packaging, and we'll choose the sheet format and folding method so the manual fits without forcing.
Do you print technical documentation in small quantities?
Yes. Digital mono printing is cost-effective from just a few copies, and we fold drawings to A4 by machine.
Can training materials be personalised?
Yes. We can print the participant's name, group number or platform access code from an Excel list on each copy.
Do you pack manuals into bundles of a set count?
Yes, we band bundles to however many units your packing line needs and label them accordingly.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
