Printing is often only half the job — then names need printing, numbers assigning, sets kitting for every shop, and parcels labelling. We do this in-house, straight after production, so materials leave the factory ready to use rather than needing further sorting.

Every piece with different data — a name, number or code. We prepare the template, you provide the list.

Indicative price
We price serial marking per piece, and kitting per outlet. Variable-data printing is quoted together with the whole print run. As a guide:

Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

Frequently asked questions
What format should I send personalisation data in?
Ideally an Excel or CSV file, with each column a separate field, e.g. first name, surname, number. Before printing, we send a sample of a few records to check.
Can you kit materials from several suppliers?
Yes. You can send us elements from other sources, and we'll combine them with our own prints into sets.
How do you check that a set is complete?
We kit according to a content list and count the items before sealing the parcel. Each parcel is labelled with the outlet number, so it's easy to verify on site.
Does personalisation extend the lead time?
With a well-prepared list, usually only slightly. Fixing data takes the most time, so it's worth checking the file before sending it.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
