Price depends on the run, material, number of versions and whether each item is personalised. We quote badges, lanyards and wristbands after a brief with the number of people and zones. For typical orders, as a guide:

Frequently asked questions
In what format should I send the attendee list?
Most conveniently in Excel or CSV — each column is one field on the badge, e.g. first name, surname, role, zone. Name the photos the same as in the surname column.
Can badges have a QR code for scanning at the entrance?
Yes. We generate codes from the list, or print codes exported from your registration system. Before printing the run, we send a sample to test on the actual scanner.
How do I distinguish access zones?
Background colours and large numbers or pictograms on the front of the badge are the most legible. Security can read them from several metres, without reading the name.
Can lanyards have a safety breakaway clasp?
Yes. For sports events and in workplaces we recommend lanyards with a breakaway fastening, which releases under a strong pull.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
