Personalised and Numbered Printing

A client's name on a flyer, a unique code on a coupon, a serial number on a warranty card — variable-data printing lets every copy be different without a separate design for each one. We merge the data from your file with the design, print, trim and assemble shipments according to your address list.

How we work

  1. Brief and submission of data in Excel or CSV along with the design.
  2. Merging the data with the design and a PDF preview of several records, including the longest ones.
  3. Printing, cutting and checking the records are complete.
  4. Assembly, labelling and shipping according to the list.
04

Indicative price

Variable-data printing is quoted as a whole: base printing, number of records and degree of variation between copies, plus assembly when shipping to multiple addresses. A fixed line item is preparing a set for each location:

Assembling a set for a point of sale
approx. PLN 14 net/location

The per-location amount is indicative, net and excludes courier costs. The variable-data printing itself is quoted after a brief and review of the data file.

Deadline? We fit the job around it.

Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

FAQ · Personalised and numbered print

Frequently asked questions

What format should the data be in?

Excel or CSV works best, one record per row and one piece of information per column. We check special characters and blank fields before printing.

Can every copy have a different photo?

Yes. You give the photo file name for each record in your data file, and we add it to the design.

How do you check that no number is skipped?

We check the list before printing, and afterwards compare the first and last numbers in every bundle against the record.

What happens to the personal data in the list?

We use it only to complete the order. Flag any data-processing agreement requirements in the brief before sending the file.

Can you meet a fixed date?

Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
