Approximate net prices, excluding carrier cost. Courier or pallet-transport cost depends on the number and weight of parcels — we give it once the list is provided.
Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

Frequently asked questions
In what format should I send the address list?
Ideally in Excel: address, contact person, phone number and parcel contents for every outlet in its own row.
Can the campaign reach every shop the same day?
We plan dispatch so parcels arrive within an agreed window. For remote outlets or islands we plan an earlier dispatch.
Can you store our materials?
Yes. We warehouse a stock of graphics and materials on pallets and ship it on request, e.g. to newly opened outlets.
What happens if a parcel to a shop goes missing?
We file a claim with the carrier, and if we hold stock in the warehouse, we send replacement contents straight away so the outlet doesn't have to wait.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
