A rebrand or a new campaign across dozens or hundreds of shops is logistics, not just printing. We run the whole rollout: from surveying outlets, through production and kitting of sets, to installation on schedule and a photo report from every location.

Production options

03
How we work
A list of outlets, the brand standard and the scope of work at each location.
Survey, outlet record cards and a rollout schedule for approval.
Production and kitting of sets separately for each outlet.
Installation on schedule and a photo report after every location.
04
Indicative price
We quote a rollout for the whole network, since the cost depends on the number of outlets, the scope of work and the crews' routes. Components that typically appear in it:
Site measurement and survey
approx. PLN 350 net / site
Kitting sets per outlet
approx. PLN 14 net / outlet
Multi-site kitting and shipping
approx. PLN 12 net / outlet
2-person installation crew
approx. PLN 180 net / labour-hour
Overnight installation or during shopping-centre closing hours
approx. PLN 260 net / labour-hour
Warehousing a stock of graphics
approx. PLN 110 net / pallet / month
Approximate net amounts — excluding production of materials, travel and carrier costs. The measurement fee is credited back on a production order, and the full rollout quote is prepared once we have the list of outlets.
Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

Everything produced under one roof.
We take each order from artwork to installation on our own machines and with our own crews, so we decide the production order and the delivery date ourselves. For large roll-outs we are supported by a network of partner plants.

FAQ · Multi-site rollout and reporting
Frequently asked questions
What does the rollout report include?
For every outlet: before-and-after photos, the completion date, status and crew notes, e.g. damaged substrate or no access. We agree the report's scope before starting.
Can the rollout run in stages?
Yes. We divide the network into regions or waves, and build the schedule around shop opening hours and your deadlines.
What if an outlet's dimensions differ from the standard?
That's why we start with a survey. Non-standard outlets get materials in their own size, and the differences show up in the outlet record card.
Do you work with franchise networks?
Yes. We can invoice head office, or individual franchisees, according to the agreed standard.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
