A good wayfinding system means a patient, student or delivery driver reaches their destination without having to ask. We handle the whole job: from surveying the building and designing the signage, through production, to installation in one consistent standard across every floor and building.
outdoor totems, directional signs, floor plans, door plates, zone markers and pictograms
Materials
Dibond, acrylic, expanded PVC, cut and printed vinyl, aluminium profiles
Interchangeability
signs with slide-in cards or panels — a room description changes without replacing the whole sign
Legibility
contrast, letter size and mounting height chosen with partially sighted visitors in mind
Documentation
a numbered list of signs with their location on the floor plans — makes later changes and reprints easier

Production options
Wayfinding for a public building
A hospital, university or public office. A large number of signs, clear colour coding for buildings or floors, and quotes prepared for formal tenders.
Wayfinding for an office building or hotel
Signage consistent with brand identity: tenant logos, room numbering, floor plans by the lifts.
Outdoor wayfinding
Totems at entrances, directional signs, and marking of car parks and buildings across a large site.
Updating an existing system
We add missing signs to match the existing standard, or replace an old system in stages.
03
How we work
A survey of the building, or floor plans and a list of rooms.
A design of the signs, the information hierarchy and their placement on the plans, for approval.
Production of every element, labelled with its location.
Installation according to the plan, and handover of documentation with a list of signs.

Indicative price
The cost of a wayfinding system depends on the number of signs, materials and the scope of the design, so we quote it after a survey or from floor plans. Reference points:
Site survey and measurement (refunded when production is ordered)
from approx. PLN 350 net
Graphic design — studio work
approx. PLN 150 net / hour
3 mm Dibond signs with UV print
approx. PLN 148–217 net / m²
3 mm acrylic signs with print and white backing
approx. PLN 182–257 net / m²
Cutting letters and pictograms from vinyl
approx. PLN 6 net / linear metre of cut
Installation crew (2 people)
from approx. PLN 180 net / hour
Prices are net of VAT and indicative. For the per-m² rates, the lower figure applies to large sign runs, the higher one to single pieces. Crew travel is charged separately, and we prepare a full system quote after a survey or from floor plans.
Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

Everything produced under one roof.
We take each order from artwork to installation on our own machines and with our own crews, so we decide the production order and the delivery date ourselves. For large roll-outs we are supported by a network of partner plants.

Frequently asked questions
Where should a wayfinding project start?
From floor plans and a list of rooms, or a site visit. We work out where people make decisions about where to go, and plan the signage there.
Can signs be added to or changed later?
Yes. We keep the templates and the sign list, so a reprint or a change of wording looks the same as the rest of the system.
Do you consider the needs of people with disabilities?
We design with appropriate contrast, letter size and mounting height. The accessibility requirements for a specific building are agreed at the design stage.
Do you install wayfinding systems in buildings that stay in use?
Yes. We plan installation in stages or outside working hours, so it doesn't disrupt a hospital, school or office.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
