A plate by the door is a small detail — until you need to replace it in a hundred rooms at once. We make door plates, room-allocation signs and directional signage to one design for an entire building — in acrylic, Dibond or aluminium, printed or engraved, with installation or ready to stick on.
Elegant and lightweight, printed on the underside of the panel or on a backing sheet. The most common choice for offices and consulting rooms.
Aluminium or Dibond plate
Durable, engraved or printed. Holds up well to heavy use in corridors and factories.
Plate with an interchangeable card
The description is printed on an ordinary printer and slid into the plate. For offices and companies where room occupants change often.
Arrows and pictograms
Directional signage in the same style as the door plates, so the whole building stays consistent.

How we work
A list of rooms and descriptions (ideally as a spreadsheet), plus a logo or template.
A design for a single plate style and approval of the visualisation or a sample.
Production of the whole run, checking the wording against the list.
Packing with the location marked on every piece, then shipping or installation.

Indicative price
Plates are priced by material area and marking method, and for larger runs the number of different wordings also matters. Indicative rates:
3 mm clear acrylic with UV print and white backing
approx. PLN 182–257 net / m²
3 mm Dibond with UV print
approx. PLN 148–217 net / m²
3 mm expanded PVC with UV print (indoor use)
approx. PLN 90–139 net / m²
Surface laser engraving
approx. PLN 2 net / dm²
Stainless steel spacers, fitted
approx. PLN 10 net / piece
Rates are net of VAT and indicative, excluding shipping and installation. For the per-m² prices, the lower figure applies to large runs, the higher one to a handful of plates. We work out the price per piece once we have your room list.
Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and up to 14 days for larger projects. That is only a starting point. We are the manufacturer, not a broker — we plan our own production queue, so we can move your job forward to meet an opening, event or campaign date.

Everything produced under one roof.
We take each order from artwork to installation on our own machines and with our own crews, so we decide the production order and the delivery date ourselves. For large roll-outs we are supported by a network of partner plants.

Frequently asked questions
How do I prepare an order for plates across a whole building?
The simplest way is a spreadsheet: room number, description, floor. We use it to prepare every plate and tag each piece, so installation goes without mistakes.
Can I swap the names on the plates myself?
Yes, if you choose plates with a slide-in card. You print the cards yourself on an ordinary printer, using a template we provide.
Printing or engraving — which lasts longer?
Engraving is practically permanent and works well on metal and in heavily used areas. UV printing gives full colour and logos, and on acrylic it can sit on the underside of the panel, protected by the panel itself.
Can you make extra plates a year later?
Yes. We keep the design and material specification on file, so a reprint looks the same as the first batch.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Usually, yes. Our standard lead time is about 3 working days, and express printing in 24 hours is possible. As the manufacturer we plan production ourselves, so we can schedule your job around your deadline. Add the date to your brief and we will confirm it before work starts.
